Updated cabin with 100 feet of waterfront. Great swimming, a dock, shared kayaks, and shared kids play set. Perfect family getaway. Great for fisherman, ice fishing, or a peaceful couples get away. The cabin is on a shore well and the water is not drinkable. Guests will need to bring bottled water. I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp as the depth, current, and pressure there cause instability in ice accumulation. Guests can access the ice from long point state park 1.5m away

The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

This home is located in Clayton, NY in The Thousand Islands. It resides on 11 acres bordering The French Creek situated on The St. Lawrence River. One mile to historic downtown Clayton. Spacious back deck. This is a pet friendly home. New fenced in back yard. All new flooring. New paved driveway. New larger firepit. There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.
