Everything was perfect in the house and the views were amazing.

Maple lane was a wonderful stay, we felt right at home in the rural surroundings and the home was larger and more spacious than expected , the place was private, cleanly and serene , can’t wait to come again soon!

The house is perfectly located 2 blocks from the water and in the heart of the town, close to shops, restaurants and a park. We were 2 adults and 2 children, and had plenty of room. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable, though one of the beds is a bit on the softer side. There is a nice smart tv in the living room with a comfortable couch, but no TVs in the bedrooms. There is a two car garage available for parking. The access to the garage and house was made easy (it’s a little hard to find the first time, but the instructions were clear), and the host is responsive and I believe lives next door or nearby. The A/C works well. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, tools, etc. Overall a great time and we would definitely stay again!

Cozy cottage out of the hustle and bustle of Alexandria Bay, but close enough to spend time there. Perfect for 2 people looking for a quiet place to stay.

Karilee was an absolute wonderful host! She was helpful & responsive to any questions we had. She was knowledgeable of the area & provided information on a local event taking place during our stay. We had something come up during our stay in which we needed to extend our stay- Karilee was incredibly kind & understanding to our situation & we were able to stay longer as the home wasn’t previously booked. 10/10 recommend staying here!

This place is the perfect getaway for a peaceful time. Our wonderful host Paula was very responsive and made everything so easy for us to feel comfortable! 10/10 would recommend.

Kim is a great host. We needed to make a couple last minute inite adjustments and she helped make that happen. The cottage is cozy and reminded me of places my parents used to take us too when I was a kid many years ago. Gas stove, full size fridge, and all the basic pots and pans to cook dinner. Large fans and multiple windows keep the air fresh and moving for a great night's sleep.

Myself and family spent several days at Sarah’s home in Sackets Harbor. We found the home and area exactly as was described, Sarah’s home was clean, comfortable and well stocked and Sarah was a great host, quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our arrival. Sackets Harbor is a gem of a little village, quiet , pretty and filled with kind local folks and great restaurants easily walkable from Sarah’ s home. Close enough to Canada for a day trip, very close to 1000 islands area for a nice boat ride, or just to relax for a few days away from home. Worth a return trip and would definitely stay at Sarah’s place again. !!

This property is stunning. There are many fire pits and hammocks on the grounds. The swimming pool is clean and luxurious. The kayak availability is a great amenity. All very casual here which is a plus. I had a very nice stay.

This was a beautiful destination that is private and away from the road, but close enough to all major shopping. It was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in and had all amenities that you could think of. The host was very friendly and responsive. He even had coffee and breakfast in the Airbnb for us in the morning. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need for cooking. The bathrooms had everything you need for a shower or bath and even had toothbrushes, toothpaste and makeup wipes. The pictures almost don’t do it justice because it is such an amazing gem. I can’t wait to come back in the summer and enjoy the pool and outdoor deck area. I would say it is perfect for a family or even a romantic getaway for a couple as there are standup showers and a Jacuzzi jet tub. Better than a hotel and amazing value for the price. We won’t stay anywhere else when we come in the area and we always come back to this property.

The price was a little high however we booked a little last minute and it was clearly the high season, plus can’t complain when the cottage was VERY clean, great accommodations. The AC worked super well especially considering how many windows and how hot it was, and the staff were super nice and helpful!

Responsive host! Cottage was cute clean and perfect for any length of stay. The area is beautiful and is well maintained. We loved the outdoor fire spot and dining.

The Ledges Resort is a must stay !! I cannot begin to say how wondeful our stay was in Gatehouse #1. We were stopped in our tracks before we even opened the door to the cabin by the amazing view of the St. Lawrence River. We had no idea we would be so close to the water. The cabin itself was tastefully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms, comfortable furniture and so much natural light. Some of our favorite things were enjoying our morning coffee on the spacious deck and sitting by the fire pit in the evening. The grounds of the resort are immaculate thanks to the hard working landscapers, whom we had the pleasure of running into once or twice. Super nice people ! We didn't plan for swimming but the pool was very clean with plenty of lounge chairs and even two hammocks ! We did sit on the side and put our feet in. I will run out of characters way before I share all the great things about The Ledges. We have already started planning for our next stay!

We had a beautiful weekend. It is a beautiful and peaceful place. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. I would book it again. They were also very accommodating for me and my guests. The dogs are super friendly and very cute.

Crystal and Daniel (and Ranger) are warm, lovely people (and dog) and their apartment is far more than what the photographs and description can convey. Greeted by music and ambient lighting, spotlessly clean,, every amenity and convenience well thought out and provided. A selection of coffees, snacks and everything you might need away from home. Comfy bedroom, great bathroom and a large yard for my pup to stretch her legs. Next time in the area, I would be disappointed to stay any where else. Thanks! Mark & Bowie

we had a small family reunion with siblings, and cousins not seen or hugged in decades. This property was simply perfect for a large family. Everyone had their own bed, towels, etc. The home is well insulated and the house is clean. We had sufficient hot water for showers etc. The coffee pot pretty much ran most of every day. It has a nice big fridge. The view and the beach are spectacular and the beach is very walkable. We would definitely recommend this property and we would definitely rebook with Michelle in the future.

Matt and Rebecca are incredible hosts and super-helpful. We brought our boat and it was so nice to use the dock in front of the house! The house and its construction are such a cool family story and you can tell they put their hearts and souls into its construction. The beach area was a hit with the kids. I would most definitely stay here again.

Bouchard House is a charming gem in beautiful Clayton, NY. We parked our car upon arrival Friday night and never had to drive anywhere the entire weekend. My husband and I walked to restaurants, quaint shops, along the river and to a wedding at the Harbor Hotel. The house backs up to a local bar and grill, which also happened to be the setting of the wedding after party. We never once heard the music or the crowd. Our only disappointment is that we didn't get to meet Bonnie in person. We only spoke via messages, but she seems so sweet. Her only hope was for us to have a memorable visit. Mission accomplished Bonnie! Thank you again for everything and I hope we get the chance to visit again.

It is a wonderful place and Kyle was always responsive with very good detailed instructions. The house was very clean and organized. Would like to stay again sometime in the future when we could enjoy the lake and some swimming.
