Great place to stay 🫡 Host very responsive, very clear instructions, the house are so comfortable, my family really enjoy it, beautiful view from the living room & balcony especial during night time, bed also comfortable~ Definitely going to repeat again when we come to Penang again~ Everything is good~ (except lift 😂 , need to wait for awhile during peak hour check out time), overall its good to stay as staycation and worth it 🫡

Hi again.. We just arrive at the airport. We definetely have a pleasure stay at your unit. We stayed 3D2N and this is our first time in Penang. LOVE the view and the ambiance of the apartment. Location very convenience. Walking distance to Island Hospital. Walking distance to Batu. (We went there by walk-back & forth) SAMSUNG mashing machine is my hero. All the equipments were proper. The team both of Bryant & Janice were very fast responsive. Clear instruction and flexible. THANK YOU!

Place was good and the view was magnificent from the rooms. Convenient and accessible to reach most of our destinations in Penang. We loved it and can't wait to rebook here in the future.

great place for long term stay, entry issue with weak battery was resolved expeditiously and request for extra housekeeping was accommodated. Overall I would recommend them.

A great apartment in a great location. The apartment quickly became our home away from home for our three week stay. We loved sitting out on the spacious verandah in the afternoons after a swim. The couple of maintenance issues we found on entry were addressed very quickly by Asmah and Hazwan. A WiFi/video issue crept in later in our stay, but we just watched less TV. The complex and its surroundings made walking a pleasure. We loved the 10min walk around the foreshore to get groceries at the nearby Lotus supermarket. A 2 ringgit airconditioned bus trip into Georgetown could be hailed immediately out side the complex. Our only disappointment during our stay had nothing to do with the apartment. To its credit the marina complex had many fine restaurants, albeit with menus that could be found in any city in the world, but as an ex Penangite my wife (and I) were disappointed with the complete lack of nearby hawker food stalls, which Penang is famous for.

Quick communication with the host, great view of the house, very clean inside There are basic necessities, only occasionally the car noise downstairs is louder The host can also quickly communicate and handle the problem of the kids jumping upstairs

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was strong, and all the basic amenities were provided. Our family of four all so loved the place that my two kids(14& 9) didn’t want to leave after three days of staying, literally. The flat was really clean, beautifully renovated and it exactly matched with the pictures displayed, the facilities and the functions mentioned. But what impressed us the most is that how thoughtful Will and Eva were on every single details to make the place to be like our own home. The communication with them was very easy and they also responded in an extremely timely manner. Penang is a place that our family loves to visit and we will definitely come back to Will and Eva when we plan to take vacation there again.

Stayed in Ashley place for one week. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Air condition works very well. Host response very quickly and was able to accommodate my request. Swimming pool on top of the building with gorgeous views. On ground floor coffee shop ZUS. Small supermarket “99” 3 minutes walk. Recommended.

Don't let the photos fool you—the place is even more spacious and comfortable! The breathtaking sea view is a real highlight. There’s a mall and large supermarket right across the street. Had a minor issue with the sofa bed and shower head, but Will and his team were amazing—super responsive and got it fixed the next day. Highly recommend! Bonus: there’s an affordable and high quality Japanese restaurant at the hotel right next door

The apartment is very clean and at the heart of georgetown. Everything is very near and walkable if you feel like it. Grab is very easy and does not cost much if you would like to travel around. Highly recommended!

Generally the apartment is good. Location around 10min away by cab from the old Georgetown places. Only gripe is that during peak season, having only 4 lifts to serve 40+ levels of residents means having to wait quite a bit for lift during peak hours. Host is quite friendly and accommodating though, so no complaints

My family and I loved this stay! It felt like home. The pool is gorgeous and always clean. The staff is very quick to help with any problems. We would definitely stay here again.

Had such an amazing and cozy stay here! 😍 The place looks exactly like the pictures, and out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, I really love how the host designed this one, super homey and full of charm. I even got inspired by the design! 😋 The host was also super friendly and quick to respond. Definitely a 10/10 stay! 👍🏻

The house is nicely furnished in my opinion and good for big group gatherings. Many bed rooms available with a mix of single and double beds which are quite comfortable. And apart from the living room, there are other areas that friends/family can huddle around, both indoors and outdoors. All the basic amneties are provided and work fine. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive, providing prompt response and help when needed. The only downside I feel is the narrow road and insufficient parking. It's convinient if you have 3 cars (or 4 if you park one right in front of the gate). Anything more and you need to park further... and the nearby Sunny Point complex is an option, but you need a 3-5 minute walk back to the property. Also, food choices within walking distance is limited to a few Malay food stalls. Overall, it was good value in my opinion... just be mindful if you are travelling with many cars, then it might not be the best choice.
