Ken's place was perfect. We had a few wheelchair athletes stay in the place and it was very accessible throughout. If you need an accessible place, this is the one! We will be back next year as well.

Quaint little place perfect for 2 with room for more, if needed. Next to the Rose district if travel allows for a walk downtown. Cozy beds and equipped kitchen made for good nights rest and breakfast to get the day started.

The house was perfect for what we needed! Great location and Melody was super responsive and even gave us suggestions on what to do if it was rainy!

We have stayed here many times and are always happy after our stay! We love the location and the house. Trace and Linsea are always so quick to respond whenever I have a question or an issue. Would absolutely book again!

Rachel made us feel welcome from the time of booking until our departure. It was a Ritz Carlton experience. Upon arrival the home was clean and had a welcoming smell. The furniture was quality, nicely arranged and comfy, allowing us to feel at home. The home was stocked with all of the necessities that you might need from quality body soap, hand soap, kitchen essentials, loads of board games, books, outdoor games, Wi-Fi and so much more. My family enjoyed our stay and got some quality time together. The home was perfect. You can tell that Rachel and Rick enjoy hosting their home and are awesome at it. My family truly had an awesome time. Thank you for making our reunion a memorable experience. Hope to visit again in the future. We left inspired as we all headed to our destinations.

Very clean and comfortable. My daughter enjoyed the bunnies in the backyard while we cooked breakfast inside. The house was stocked with essentials we forgot (salt, pepper, laundry soap). Host was very responsive with questions! Comfortable beds, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, and easy to enter and lock up. We would love to stay again!

This location worked wonderfully for our family. We had an emergency stay that involved us needing to be near St Francis Medical Center for multiple days. The neighborhood is a little older, but the house was well maintained, decorated, and very clean. Weather was stormy and the two car garage was perfect to park both vehicles inside. We were able to walk about a block to a playground and walking trails. The owners were amazing AirBnB hosts. They were very friendly and responsive with any questions or needs.

Absolutely beautiful home! Mark was there to show us around and was so helpful while showing us things about the home. They were very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Truly a gem!

Loved our stay! place is exactly as described. Nathan was very friendly and went the extra mile to be of help when an issue arose. House is spacious! Loved that all the rooms had TVs. There were even a few games/puzzles available. Nathan maintenance the pool while we were there as it was beautiful weather for relaxing in the pool. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay in Broken Arrow! The house looked exactly like the photos. We enjoyed the neighborhood as well.

We gathered with another family for a graduation celebration and found this peaceful home to be worth every penny. The only suggestion we had was concerning the multi- leveled living room-dining areas, which seemed to be a hazard that would be better navigated if marked. The pool was clean, bathrooms were luxurious, and living room area was spacious and inviting for entertaining guests. The exterior patio had plenty of seating, a large backyard for the kids to run, and was well- lit for night time chats with the family. The peaceful neighborhood invitated long walks with gorgeous aged trees. We were tremendously satisfied with our stay!

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for celebrating my teenagers birthday party — clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The pool was definitely the highlight and kept the kids entertained for hours. Everything was well-maintained, and the host was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend this place for families or groups looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

This was a great place to stay. We had exhausting days and it was a nice place to wind down and relax in the afternoon. Very clean and well taken care of. Located in a beautiful part of town. The pool was very nice but seemed a little cloudy. Picked up a test strip while I was out and checked it before letting the kids swim and everything was well within range. Probably pollen. The master bath door could use a little more thought for the sake of privacy and placing garage door openers in a more conspicuous place would be nice. Didn’t see them until we were checking out. Same price as a local hotel with two adjoining rooms.

Our stay was super enjoyable! This home is beautifully laid out and functional for our family trip. The kitchen was so organized with labels on the cabinets and drawers making it easy to find what we needed in a flash. The time passed too quickly but we’ll certainly look to book again! Host was super responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The house is a very cool 1930s? House Ina perfect location near Utica with easy access to downtown as well. Tons of games to play and a nice in house market if you’re forgotten anything. We’d stay here again for sure

The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. I enjoyed coming to the home just as much as I liked sightseeing in Oklahoma. The home has an amazing and relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely love to stay there again.

Absolutely loved our stay! The Airbnb was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The bed was super comfortable, the space was thoughtfully decorated, and the little touches—like fresh towels, great amenities, and clear check-in instructions—made us feel right at home. We were in town for a special event in Tulsa, and getting in and out of the area was super easy and convenient. The location was peaceful but still close to everything we wanted to see. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay!

We felt right at home during our stay. The living room had a great vibe, with a large TV and a comfortable sofa that made it easy to relax. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, which made cooking convenient. The bathroom was clean, and the laundry area had plenty of space, which was a nice bonus. The bed was very comfortable, and overall, the place was quiet and felt safe. I’d definitely love to come back if I’m ever in the neighborhood again.
