The guesthouse is beautiful, I stayed for 2 nights I thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. It has everything you need. A neat modern bathroom, kitchen (I loved the air fryer and freezer) and laundry. I loved the block out and shade blinds to change the lighting to your liking. The location is perfect you can walk to the shops and Lake Munmorah. The communication was so helpful and clear for checking in and checking out. I loved the keyless entry and not needing to remember keys. I would highly recommend this stay, Budgewoi is a special place and so is this guesthouse.

We loved staying at paperbark cottage was so impressed with the cleanliness and the cottage had everything you would need. Cafe literally at the end of the street with a bowling club opposite. Was close to Toukley. The Entrance and many other places. Was very quiet with afire pit and being able to have your fur baby with you was an added bonus. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing place! The house is very clean and spacious, with plenty of rooms and spotless bathrooms that include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The highlight for us was definitely the stunning beachfront view! Absolutely breathtaking! We can only imagine how perfect it would be during summer for beach activities. The house is well-equipped with everything we needed (complete kitchen tools, cutlery, a large TV, a big dining table, an outdoor firewood area, and a BBQ setup). It felt like a home away from home. Just a small suggestion to make the stay even better during winter: having a few cozy blankets available in the living room would be a great addition. We also tried to turn on the fireplace but couldn’t get it to work. Another thing to note, the stove only has one burner with a strong flame, while the other three have very small flames, which made it difficult to cook multiple dishes at once.
