Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Jeongwang-dong

Very pleasant experience. The room is clean and furniture is in new condition. The area is quiet but very convenient.

너무 깔끔하고 위치도 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 점은 수저가 1개밖에 없어서 2명이상 가실 때에는 일회용 수저 하나 챙겨가시면 좋을 거 같아요. 그거 빼고는 너무너무너무 만족해서 다음에 또 올 계획입니다^^

2번째 이용입니다. 이번에도 너무 잘 묵었어요! 깔끔하고 아늑한 인테리어에 폭신한 침대, 센스있는 물품 구비까지 일행과 함께 즐거운 시간 보냈습니다 :)

호스트님도 친절하시고 숙소도 엄청 청결했어요!! 숙소도 조용하고 교통편도 꽤 편해서 2박 3일 잘 쉬고 갑니다!! 다음에 또 오게되면 이용하려구요

This was my fourth time staying at this place and once again, everything was perfect. The space is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable — close to public transport and great restaurants. Check-in is always smooth, and Yunhee is always responsive and reliable. It really feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back again !

This was my second time visiting with my family! We wanted to come back after having such a great stay before. The apartment was a great place to stay as usual! Very roomy and had everything that we needed. Perfect for a family to stay. Would definitely come back again!

Had a lovely stay! Felt like home right away and for the whole month and a half I stayed. There’s a mention of the plane sounds: to be clear, they are LOUD, and operate periodically most week days anywhere from 10a to 7p. I’ve lived right next to several USAF bases and my dad was a pilot and I’m telling you. The jets are LOUD. That said, I would definitely stay here again. So lovely and close enough to walk to Suwon Station. Lovely walk, too!

A really nice house and close to grocery store. Also the host is very nice and really helpful.

체크인하고 들어선 숙소에서 좋은 향이 나서 좋았으며, 호스트님의 친절하고 빠른 응답으로 즐거운 하루 보낼 수 있었어요! 부평역이랑 가까워서 도보로도 충분히 이동 가능하고 고층에 큰 창문이 있어 답답함도 없었어요! 욕실도 방도 깨끗해서 부평에 온다면 또 방문하고싶어요 :)

def clean and cozy stay, the place was close to everywhere. 100% recommended!

Location: Short walk from AREX Seoul Station Exit15, with flat road surface (suitable for luggage). Convenience store within 5mins walk. Lotte Mart (Seoul station) within 10mins walk. Various restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Host: Very kind and friendly lady who always checks in on us during our stay to see if we are doing well. She even gave us korean snacks and fruits on the night we checked in to welcome us. She gave very clear instructions on how to reach the airbnb and check in smoothly. Room: Room is as per shown in the pictures. Homely and cozy. If you are wondering on the part of 'Shared patio or balcony': the same area consists of 2 separate airbnb. The garden/courtyard shown in the pictures are the shared area where guests can chill outside and will pass through to get to their own airbnb. Very good for value and comfortable stay. Will recommend others to come and stay!

3박4일 교육차 왔는데 모텔 장박보다 빨래등 가능하니 특히 땀많이나는 여름철에 옷많이 챙길필요가 없어서 좋네요~^^ 생각했던것보다 더 넓고 깔끔했습니다~! 잘 쉬었다 갑니다~^^

Jenna was an extremely responsive host whenever I had questions about the gym, trash disposal. Her apartment was clean and ~5-7 min walk to Yeoksam and Gangnam station with convenience stores just across apartment. Love that the building had a big gym (with 3-4 treadmills etc) - though its operating hours might not fit those looking to hit a gym early morning. Would recommend this to business travelers looking for a cosy, clean place to stay with crucial amenities

This was a in great place, great location, right next to the Starfield Shopping Mall. There is a trail nearby, if you are into a hiking or cycling or just serenity walk. This apartment has a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom with spacious living room with dining table. Couch or Sofa would have been nice, though! Nevertheless, we enjoyed very much with this apartment.

Incredibly responsive Host who gives great instructions, with photos, about how to find the apartment (otherwise it would have been hard to find). The apartment and view were like the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable (I used the second bedroom for my clothes and didn’t sleep on that bed). The master bedroom had a large closet, as well, that my Husband used (I always over pack) The kitchen was well stocked with eating utensils, tissues, paper towels (not common in Korean Airbnbs) and there was a closet that had a washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen also had a water filter that dispensed cold and hot water (saved us from having to buy bottled water). The apartment grounds were beautifully landscaped with a little park for children. Nearby was a grocery store, convince store, good restaurants and fast food (Mom’s Touch), as well as coffee shops and bakeries. We were also walking distance to Subway, Central Park, Tri-bowel, G-Tower and Moonlight Festival Park.

I had a great time staying here for my first few days in Seoul! The flat has a great location, about a 20 minute walk from both Seoul station and City Hall station (in opposite directions) but in case you're not a walker 2 minutes away is Seodaemun station of the nr 5 metro line. If you do like to walk a lot like me than you can reach a lot of the main attractions in the center of the city by foot (Geunjeongjeon, Namdaemun and Myeongdong markets, etc.) In the flat I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, I would gladly stay here again next time I am in Seoul. :)

The cats are a huge bonus and made walking up that hill every day totally worth it! To be fair, many residential places sit atop hills, so be prepared with luggage or just take an Uber up from the bus stop for pretty cheap (4800 won). Easy access to Hongdae area (20 mins bus) and the insta-famous waterfall cafe (15 min walk). The host was responsive, friendly, and made sure I arrived in the correct building and also gave me tips on places to visit around Korea. Easy keypad entry and quiet neighborhood and apartment, and I was able to do laundry with lots of places to hang my clothes in my room (there’s also a dryer if you like). I also loved the sunlit living room. Finally, Choco and Cheese are the cuddliest cats ever! Choco loved to lay on my stomach while in bed! They were are joy to come home to each night and I miss them dearly!

This was a fantastic place! Clean and comfortable, roomy, beautiful view, and an excellent location. The host was helpful, friendly, and responsive. We enjoyed coming home to the apartment to relax after busy days of sightseeing in Seoul.
