Independent apartment on the second floor. Very comfortable, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Access to the pool and the rooftop terrace with exceptional views of the Cathedral of Jerez. It consists of a dining room with a very well-equipped integrated kitchen, a bedroom with a bathroom, and a living room. Bedroom with a 1.50 m bed and a 1.35 m sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom has a double height; the upper part is accessed by a spiral staircase, and this space could be used as a place to work, read or relax. It is ideal for one or two people, but if you want to have a family atmosphere and there are three or four of you, there is a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. It is important to know that there is only one bathroom and that it is inside the room. If there are three or four of you, you must notify the owner in advance so that he can prepare the accommodation for your convenience. Guests will have access to the pool located in the house patio. It's a pool like the ones that some stately homes in the city used to have: a gem and a rare privilege for a house in the city center.
