Es un espacio diáfano bellamente decorado y completamente equipado. Está situado en primera planta con ascesor y cuenta con una terraza amueblada de 20 m2 bajo los soportales del patio en planta baja. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la paz y el silencio en un edificio histórico.

A centrally located and bright designer apartment

Comfortable 55m apartment in the heart of Jerez. Very bright, exterior and newly renovated. A large room with a 160 x 200 double bed with a closet and space to leave your luggage + a full-length mirror. A fully equipped bathroom, even with a hairdryer and bath gel... and the kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a double sofa bed and a comfortable armchair and dining table and chairs. We have internet and a 40" LED TV and... everything is new!

Enjoy a unique experience at this place in downtown Jerez. This is a studio located on the second floor of an old house without an elevator. It has windows to the outside, from which you can see the Cathedral of Jerez, with stone walls recovered from the original construction of the 18th century and with careful decoration. It has a large space in which we find the bed, a place to study and a dining table, in addition, it has a fully equipped kitchen.

On a quiet and charming street. Located on the first floor without an elevator It has 3 large beds, 1 160 cm bed and 2 110 cm beds on the mezzanine Unlike most 1-bedroom apartments that have 1 bed plus a sofa bed with the inconvenience that it entails (other guests not being able to watch TV while those on the sofa bed sleep, having to assemble and disassemble it, etc.) It's a Plus!!!!

The apartment and building was beautiful- very clean, well equipped, modern and very convenient for sightseeing. Angela was a wonderful host and gave us some great recommendations. I’d say the apartment was better than the pics and a delightful place to stay in Jerez. We loved it!

The hosts have been very attentive to our requests. It's the first time we've traveled with a 2-month-old kitten and they've left a bed and feeder prepared for her. The location is great as it is next to Alcazar, Cathedral and the center with many restaurants. We have been recommended some restaurants to eat at and have been told that we could visit. Parking is paid, but since we went on the weekend, it was free.
