Holiday rentals with a patio in Jessamine County

Super cute and perfect for an extended work trip that stretched a bit longer than we thought, but Nena was very friendly and accommodating on extending our reservation! Fenced in backyard for the pups was a great bonus! Would definitely book again if in the area. :)

This place is truly a rare find. Centrally located yet very quiet. The apartment was spotless and so beautifully decorated. Elegant, comfortable, and welcoming. Every room looked exquisite and had everything that someone could possibly need while away from home. The kitchen was well equipped with everything. The little balcony was perfect for hanging out in the evening. The apartment is only few minutes walk from the downtown restaurants. This was an absolutely perfect place.

I loved staying at this Airbnb! I needed a place to come for a personal prayer retreat and this was perfect!! looked exactly like the photos, had everything I needed and very kind, friendly and responsive hosts. I loved sitting on the back deck several times. The inside space was great for spreading everything out I was working on and praying over. It is in a very walkable area and I enjoyed a daily walk exploring new neighborhoods. And it was easy and very quick to get to the center of town to visit the Farmer's Market and a local donut shop, Burke's Bakery. Millennium Park is nearby and I loved going there for a run. Several good churches are close. There is nothing else that I could have asked for in this Airbnb. I just loved it and I will definitely return here for my next retreat.

We had a great visit and really enjoyed this unique stay. Everything was clean and as described. Matt was excellent to work with and gave great local recommendations.

I was in town for a conference at EKU. The location is perfect—I could walk to campus each day. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. Highly recommend to anyone who is in town for a university event. It’s become my go-to spot when visiting Richmond. The place is exactly as described. The host is proactive and knowledgeable and responsive.

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying here and works out perfect for me. Walking distance to downtown and UK. Will be staying there again in the near future.

Great place

Stayed for two night for a wedding, the place was very clean, amenities as described, and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. My dogs, partner and I had a great time walking to nearby parks. I would definitely stay here again!

I must say that I was extremely impressed with the accommodations. Everything was exactly as listed. The home was spacious and felt like home. It made the weekend even more special. Would highly recommend this location. The host Katrina was very responsive. Thank you for sharing your home with me and my family.

My Old Kentucky Home hosted by Shane was a wonderful place to stay! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The amenities on site were amazing. The hot tub and pool were all set and ready for our group when we arrived, which we appreciated greatly. Communication was great, and Shane was on top of everything. Our stay was wonderful and we would love to come back for another visit! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Lexington area.

Meghan is a super hostess. Her house is fantastic and the farm is awesome. Everybody that stayed with us could not get over how beautiful and well kept this property is. We all can't wait for another trip to Tule Farm. The value of staying at this property is well worth it. Loved every minute of our visit. We really enjoyed our stay! It was unique in that it offers a main house and a guest house, and it turned out that this was the perfect arrangement for us (2 moms who are close friends, and our two sons, who are also close friends). When we weren't out and about, we all hung out in the A-frame main house. At bedtime, we parted ways.The A-frame has everything you might need during your stay. Then you also have the boathouse, which is beyond cute and very cozy. Both structures overlook the lake, and the outdoor deck spaces are very comfortable and inviting. I especially appreciated the propane fire pit one evening when it got a little chilly. Also, having a Keurig and pods in each house was awesome! Shelly sent detailed directions in advance of our travels, which was very helpful, and she made some local recommendations re: food and groceries. We followed up on those, and were not disappointed! She was also very responsive to us when we asked for assistance or recommendations. <3

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The home was inviting and the living space was very comfortable. I would return to this location if I am ever in the area again.

Our stay was wonderful—Terri is the most amazing host! The house was spotless and decorated so well! They literally thought of everything! The location to the lake was wonderful and the golf cart made it super easy to go back and forth to the marina!

This was a great stay! Robin was very communicative, and made us feel right at home. The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I 100% recommend this location to anyone else. It fit 6 of us very comfortably. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place! Very clean and cute decor. Close to interstate which makes it easy to discover all the things around the area.

Can’t say enough good things about the hosts and their condo. It was perfect for the week! I didn’t care for the garage, but that was on me for bringing a large vehicle. Next time I will bring one of my smaller vehicles.

Perfect location- the condo was in walking distance of all the downtown restaurants and bars. The space was very nice - it was clean, couches and bed were comfortable, had all amenities listed. What you see in the pictures is what you get- a beautiful space. The host made check in very easy with detailed instructions and pictures! Will definitely stay here again!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. It was in a residential area but I had so many other plans it was not a bother. Right down the street a few yards was a great family park I grew up knowing and visiting. The place was clean and provided everything I needed. This was the first time doing an Air BnB. The unit was clean and quiet. The only issue I had was the bathroom tub. There were NO safety features at all. I am an older widow and felt that I would fall in the tub. The floor was so slick. There was no handrail, no towel bar, to sticky things on the bottom of the tub, NOTHING. I had to put a towel down and hoped it would not move. If you stay here and need these safety features you won't find them. However that being said I would stay again! The price was something I could afford had plenty of room. Even though it was just me, 2 or 3 more could have stayed fairly comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay, the home is beautiful, in a quiet peaceful setting. Very clean, plenty of space and had everything you need for your stay. Looking forward to staying again for our next trip.
