Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

Lined with mangroves on the lagoon side. Spacious yard with colorful landscaping. Spectacular sunrises can be seen from the house.

Sabine Pass, at The Lighthouse

Sabine Pass is a lower level corner Lagoon room that faces the Upper Lagoon inlet with easy access for those guests desiring no stairs. Enter into an uncluttered yet thoughtfully appointed room of pastels contrasted by its highly polished wooden floor. Stroll 2 minutes to the nearest of 6 dive center & restaurants and 5 minutes to the nearest beach. Beach Casita, Secluded beauty at Paradise Regained

The Beach Casita is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a rustic, self-contained oceanfront retreat with views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained oceanfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks and Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.

The Little Grass Shack

We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.

Sandy Bay Beach House

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The Sandy Bay Beach-front Home is a beautiful "island-style" recently renovated, private residence with just under 2000 SF of open floor plan and 90 ft of beach front with great snorkeling just steps away. Great location and just a 15 minute walk outside of town center.

Coral Gardens

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with the best snorkeling and kayaking out your front door. Great island feel with porch overlooking the bay, fully equipped kitchen, living area, 1 bedroom, 1 bath with hot shower and queen size bed.
