Hello. This is the accommodation "Soan". It is prepared for those who want to rest in a quiet space while listening to the sound of birds. Transportation is very convenient. It's a safe, clean accommodation. It's in an old villa, so it can't be as perfect as a hotel. If you're okay, please stop by. We will do our best to make sure you can come and rest. There is a river and a promenade 1 minute away from the apartment. There is a bus stop, convenience store within a 30-second walk, and a grocery store within a 5-minute walk. You can go to Jungang Market, Chodang, and Anmok Beach by taking the city bus once. Myeongju-dong (cafe street) is a 10-minute walk away. The host lives nearby, so you can easily contact them at any time. * Check-in is after 3pm, check-out is 11am. * Pets are not allowed due to accommodation circumstances. 😢 *For those who stay for more than 10 days, we charge a separate utility bill as much as you use.

This apartment is where the 2018 Winter Olympics were held. It was the place where my parents lived and remodeled for the rest and meeting of my family. Rather than enjoying the peace of this space alone, I want to share it with the people who will travel here. These days, when outdoor activities are careful, the best place for safe and comfortable travel with family or friends! It is a perfect place to stay for a long time to live in Daegwalnyeong as well as travel.

Terra Rosa, Gangmun, Chodang Sundubu Village, 3 minutes by car/Gyeongpo Anmok are all close, and the accommodation is surrounded by hot spots.

Disposable toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, foam cleansing, shampoo, and conditioner are available. Restaurants are all within 5 minutes by car. Tourist attractions are also 5 minutes!! Gyeongpo 5 minutes! It is 5 minutes from Gangneung Station and 10 minutes to Anmok. The location is great to go to many places and the parking space is very spacious. Beginner driver!!
