We had a great time. We wished the water access was a little different but we found some boat ramps and water access areas within a couple miles from the home so it worked out for us. The house was great and clean.

Amazing people!!! We had a mishap with grandchildren and caused damage. Robert was so kind and understanding and easy to work with to resolve the issue. The house was amazing with even better views. Very clean and well equipped. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Erin Moore

Heather’s ClarkVegas lake home exceeded our expectations from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. This lake home is very quiet, beautifully decorated and has a private dock. The pictures are great but the home is better in person. Heather was very responsive with answers to any question. The fiber internet was fast and never failed during a storm during our stay. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We cooked or grilled every evening and were pleasantly surprised how well the kitchen was stocked. Truly impressive. The back deck is a display of quality craftsmanship with stargazing at night being one of the pinnacles of our stay. Very little to no light pollution. We fished from the private dock as well, as we did not bring the boat. We caught two catfish that were 2.7 lbs and 3.8 lbs. We also caught 4 bass with the smallest being 2.1 lbs and the largest being 4.4 lbs. We will be returning to Heather’s home again, with the boat! Thank you Heather.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakefront property! The house and surrounding grounds are absolutely stunning; peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights for us was the access to all the water toys. We had so much fun with the kayaks and truly appreciated being able to use the boat lift! Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene lakeside retreat. We’re already looking forward to our next trip to Hyco Lake!

We enjoyed our stay for a mini vacation to the North Carolina Motorsports Park for the weekend. The home was clean and made us feel right at home! Very easy check in and the host was quick and responsive. The home had everything you needed. With us headed to the track, it was a little difficult to back the 24ft trailer in the driveway (to stay off the grass) but all around the home and host was fantastic! thank you for a great stay!

The place was exactly what we expected. You won’t find a more responsive owner than Glen. He came from Raleigh on Memorial Day weekend to unstop one of the toilets. Very open to checking in a bit early and also checking out late. Will definitely return

To sum it up, this is by far one of the nicest homes available that my family has stayed in on Hyco. This is the type of home you would expect to see on HGTV or Magnolia Network. This home does not feel like a rental home but more like a true getaway. The main road cut through a cattle pasture. We were greeted with roaming cows on our way in our out. We enjoyed this. Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly and there on Lake Time. You will spend the majority of your time outside if the weather permits. Between the large dock to enjoy the water, and the fire pit to watch the sunset, there will be little time spent inside if you come to enjoy Hyco. The house was in immaculate condition. It was furnished with everything one would need. Kathryn provided very clear and detailed instructions for the property. She also helped provide additional information for us trailering our boat there. Kathryn was a very gracious host. I hope to stay there in the future. Best Airbnb on Hyco.

Carlissa’s place was the perfect overnight stay for us on our road trip. The place is very clean with all of the required accommodations. I also made a mistake with the initial check in dates, and Carlissa adjusted our booking within minutes after hearing my inquiry. Super helpful! Highly recommended!

Katie's place was beautiful, immaculately clean, charming and well stocked...perfect location, lovely ambience, comfy bed, quality towels and bed linens, beautifully decorated, comfortable and peaceful. Katie is the perfect host. She knows how to make her guests happy. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Danville!

The place was clean and comfortable... in great location for what we needed. A couple of suggestions: the address from Minerva is near impossible to find... only way we knew where to go was from the picture. Parking in rear was great, but should be explained on site how to get there. Also... if you want us to recycle... you need to provide a recycle bin in kitchen in addition to trash. Would stay here again.

Amazing experience! One of the best locations and felt very safe and quiet. Within walking distance to a few spots and a lot of street parking since we had a rental car. The place was extremely clean, spacious, and cool. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks! Would highly recommend!

truly dedicated to the craft of hosting. I've never come across someone who takes as much pride as Stephen does in hosting. The space was extremely charming, and Stephen is a fantastic communicator. I took time to read a section of his memoir, dedicated to his experience with hosting. I was enamoured with the humour and heartfelt experiences that seem to crop up when one runs such a unique and compelling place to stay. I will certainly be back if I find myself in need of a place to stay in Durham again.

Jodi’s place is basically perfect in every way. Return guests speak volumes over single stay reviews to me personally and I am a repeat guest. This trip as well as past trips I have throughly enjoyed my stay. The furthest I went for anything I needed was a 9 minute walk. Yes WALK! I absolutely love that I do not have to drive and look for parking anywhere! Jodi is super easy to contact and extremely responsive! Her booking link to the local events is fantastic and I have done most things that are offered. That is really the most helpful thing she does when booking. There is so much to do just in town that even in 7 days I couldn’t do it all! I I intend to book with Jodi each time I return to the area. anywhfoodwalked to cook

This was absolutely perfect. Only bummer was we couldn't stay as long as we'd hoped and it was super rainy so we didn't get to swim much. overall an excellent stay, will definitely be back!

Really cute place in a great area with super nice neighbors. Stay was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. Bed was comfy. Bathrooms were clean.

Love Pearl Mill Flats! Great location so close to downtown Durham - even able to walk to a Durham Bulls game. And of course love the salt water swimming pool!

Debra was very friendly and communicative. This was our 3rd time staying in wake forest and first time at this place. We loved the place and will def be staying here again in the future. We loved the emergency supply box "take what you need but need what you take". This host has made sure you have everything you need ahead of time.

Pearl Mill is a unique place with a great pool and gardens. The people there are super friendly, I felt so welcome. Easy parking, feels very safe. The condo is as described and very comfortable, perfect for one or two people. The outdoor environment, the inner courtyard, is beautiful and full of things to do. Very walkable to great restaurants, the Ellerbee trail, and the farmer's market on Saturday. Robert and the Trianglebnb folks were super responsive when my flight was delayed and I needed to stay an extra night. I'd definitely stay again. Thanks Robert!
