Alyssa's place was perfect for my team participating in the Unbound bike ride in Emporia. Burlington was a reasonable and quick drive to Emporia. Added bonus was no crowds and the beautiful countryside while staying here. We loved riding our gravel bikes right out of the driveway and enjoying the scenery around our home. It was also convenient to amenities- the local grocery store, liquor store and mexican restaurant were all next to each other and less than 10 minutes away (there were additional options but we loved the mexican place and went twice). As far as the house itself, it was awesome. We had plenty of space. We loved the open layout and ability to relax in the morning and evenings. It had everything we needed to prepare and cook meals 2 of our 4 nights. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and eating both nights. The beds and couches were very comfortable. Everything was clean. We liked the place so much, we will likely be returning as repeat customers.

My boyfriend and I took our toddlers here and also rode the train ride in Abilene 😍 they love it and I loved it! They had anything you could think of stocked in case you forget anything AND pretty toddler friendly! Relaxing on the patio, jumping on the trampoline and the beautiful views of the water 😍 it was a great weekend here!
