Convenient location close to downtown bars, shopping and restaurants. House was very spacious, lots of room to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped. Great for entertaining.

We stayed in Franklin for my daughters college graduation. Whitney's place was so charming, comfortable, and absolutely lovely. We wished we had more time there so we could enjoy all the fun games, hot tub, pool table, and lovely yard and town. The extras were wonderful and made it so easy to feel right at home. I would recommend this great, historical home to anyone! We are actually hoping to get back in the fall to do some antiquiting and be so happy to stay at Whitney's again.

Paradise! I had a wonderful time at the Hutch House. The property is magical and I spent much of my time outdoors watching the wildlife and listening to the songbirds. The pond was especially beautiful at sunrise. I spent a week at the house for some relaxation before starting a new job, and it was just what I needed. The house was appointed with everything I needed during my stay. The kitchen in particular was stocked better than any Airbnb I’ve visited. A reverse osmosis faucet provided the best tasting water. There are of lamps for soft lighting as well as overhead lighting. The TV is modern and easy to use. Comfortable bedding. Richard was a perfect host and provided all information needed for an easy stay. Plus I was welcomed with a jar of the best apple butter I’ve ever tasted! I recommend Hutch House and hope to stay again!

This home was perfect for my family on our short getaway to visit family.

This was a great place to stay with private parking area, plenty of towels and spacious interior.

Unfortunately we arrived to find things not as clean as we were expecting given the 5 star rating/reviews when we booked. Afrina did respond quickly to our concerns, letting us know that the previous guest left the place in poor condition. She mentioned things were cleaned but items were left stained and they were in the process of getting new bedding. After taking photos and washing the sheets ourselves some of the sheets no longer had stains. It is difficult to say if things were not cleaned or if just additional cleaning was needed. We kept the host updated on how items were no longer dirty after we did additional cleanup. Needless to say it wasn’t as relaxing as we had planned and with food on the ground by the playhouse area we didn’t get to enjoy all the fun touches this place had to offer. On a positive side we worked with Airbnb to recover the full cleaning fee. Hope this is one time occurrence but make sure to take photos and notify Airbnb as they were great to work with.

The house is spacious and had all we needed. There is only 1 tv if that is a deal breaker (it was not an issue for us) very close to several stores and restaurants, but still private. We will stay here again.

I had an amazing stay here at this cozy home! It was super quiet and coffee on the back porch in the morning was wonderful. The house was super clean and had everything needed. Franklin is a cute little town and you could walk to the park or even the shops. Josh is an amazing host and has excellent communication skills! Will definitely be back!

Great stay overall! We had 16-18 people and the property slept us all comfortably with plenty of space to eat and relax. Much cleaner than other places we have stayed as a group. Quiet neighborhood and great hot tub! We would love to come back.

Staying at Madisson’s apartment as a foreigner was one of the best decisions i could make. Her responses were quick, instructions clear, the place was absolutely comfortable! The bed…. Had amazing sleep!! The place has a beautiful view to the canal, minutes away from that scenery. 15 min walk from downtown, 1 min walk from bus station, so it has a great location. The building is completly private so you would not get in with out your access key, that made me feel really safe. Had the absolute best experience to have her as my host and feeling comfortable in her place away from home. Definetely would recommend and would come back!!!!

Christina was extremely kind and extremely responsive whenever we had a question. The apartment is charming, spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. She left us plenty of coffee and other goodies to use. The location is in a charming neighborhood just minutes from downtown which makes it very accessible to everywhere you want to go. Overall a wonderful place to stay, I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

A really cozy cabin! My mom and I loved the space and felt very comfortable during our stay. I must mention that there are no anti slip grips on the tub, so be careful in the shower! I also wish there was a little less grit in the bottom of the hot tub, but I understand that can’t always be helped and all other aspects were clean. Overall: wow. We got to spend time in the hot tub, listened for birds on the porch, and enjoyed our short drive to Nashville for shopping and good eats! (Hard Truth Distilling and Ferguson House were faves.) The place was clean and well organized.

Great location that was perfect for our family weekend in Indy. Street noise was a little loud from celebrating the Pacer's win, but that didn't bother us! The pool was perfect for our kids and we had a great time staying here.

Wonderful location with a spacious layout! The king-sized bed offered plenty of room to stretch out...especially great if you're tall. The area was peaceful every night, and the neighbors were all friendly. Gym, pool, and grounds were well maintained, which made the stay even better. I would definitely book again for business. Dani’s place was amazingly clean. I was shocked at how small the apartment was but it worked perfectly for us as well! Definitely take the time to watch the check in videos as the entrance is unique and can cause some confusion. Would definitely stay again!

Loved staying here for the Indy 500! Place is beautiful and relaxing, and very close to Fountain Square and everything you would want to do downtown. Kelly was amazing and even let us stay a bit after checkout since no other guests were coming! Would definitely recommend!!

Staying at Craigs listing was exactly what our family needed for our daughter's wedding. We would highly recommend staying at this picture perfect home.

Our family enjoyed the casual & homey feel to the house. The back yard was great to have dinner & chill. All in all it was an above average accommodation & suited our families needs. Coffee was great!!

Chris was a wonderful host & his place is absolutely stunning, the decor and the surroundings made you feel right at home. We came in town to visit family but honestly we never wanted to leave because we just loved everything about the house, views & of course the farm animals. When we come back in the future if Chris’s place is available it will be our choice every time! Thank Chris & family for a wonderful stay & the best eggs we’ve ever had.

Janeene was awesome. I went outside to work a bit and struck up a conversation with her. She was very present. I knew she would respond to anything I needed. The house was very well stocked with toiletries and even some snacks. I highly recommend this air bnb.
