The cottage was completed in the late summer of 2024 and is now ready for rent. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a headland by the Lule River. The cottage consists of a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

Here you live with amazing views of the forest, mountains and water! This cozy cottage offers proximity to hunting, fishing, mountain hiking and fantastic snowmobiling! Here you can also end the day with a warming sauna after a day in nature. This cottage has 4 regular beds and 2 extra beds in a sofa bed. Other: Living room with sofa bed and TV. Dining area for 6 people, high chair available and fireplace. Outside the cabin is a cozy barbecue area. Shower is available next to the sauna in a separate building.

Free use of the wood-heated sauna. The cottage has almost no neighbours and is a perfekt spot to relax or to shoots pictures from the aurora Borealis/northernlight. Open plan style with 3 bedroms, fully furnished, underfloor heating and air pump, good size kitchen, bathroom, stove and most important : a stunning view over the surrounding forest and mountains. On the property there is also a sauna with a wood burning stove and a relax-section, both with big windows to capture the view. Close to Jäckvik, where you find access to lake Hornavan, a super market, gas station, EV-charger, alpine skiing, hiking trails.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. At the top of Urberget is this newly built and modern Villa. Space for many with open living room and kitchen with great views of the hill, valley and mountain, where you can sit and look out. Wood-fired sauna with hot tub is available outside. In the area, there are fishing waters, hiking trails, swimming area, mushroom and berry fields. If you want tips, let us know, we are happy to help and help you get the most out of the area.

Cabin in the woods

The cabin is located in a small village called Moskojärvi in swedish Lapland. The cabin has electricity. But no running water. Water will be provided in canisters. There isn't a bathroom, but it has a wood heated sauna, were you can shower. The toilet is a outside "dry" toilet. The kitchen has a fridge and a induction stove. The cabin has a woodstove. We provide wood. But we don't heat up the cabin. It's located next to my house were I live with my boyfriend and our 23 husky's.

Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Your home away from home

Welcome home to our farm. We offer a cottage from the 1970s on our property. The main house is right next door, where we live with our 3 children and 4 dogs and 3 rabbits. We have small children and many projects going on ❤ Also outdoor people who spend most of their time hunting, fishing, with dogs and in the forest. If you are interested in that, you have come to the right place. We live 10 km from Kiruna city center and 3 km from the ice hotel in Jukkasjärvi.

House by lake & ski resort in Swedish Lapland

We are renting out our house in Kåbdalis (Swedish Lapland). You will have a fully equipped house, over 130 square meters, all for yourself. The house is located close to a lake with fishing possibilities (pike and perch). You can rent a boat from us in the summer. The forrest is surrounding the house so you can easily go for hiking, picking berries and mushrooms, and you are only a few hundred meters to a ski resort for skiing and renting snowmobiles.
