Newly-built cottage in beautiful location

The cottage was completed in the late summer of 2024 and is now ready for rent. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a headland by the Lule River. The cottage consists of a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

Vi öppnar upp datum allt eftersom - är det något datum ni önskar hyra men som inte är bokningsbart så kan det vara möjligt att hyra ändå, skriv och fråga!

Fully equipped kitchen. Living room with TV. Bathroom with shower. 800 meters to Lapptjärn, where you can swim from a jetty and rent a sauna from Storklinten. Bed linen and towels can be rented (250 SEK / 150 SEK or 350kr for both). Final cleaning can be pre-booked for 1100 SEK.

The train station is about 1.5 km away where there is a walkway. There are also a couple of restaurants and cafés within walking distance.
