Beachfront holiday rentals in José Menino beach

I stayed at Alex's place for a week and loved it! It has a really nice view from the balcony, it's very well ventilated, pillows and beds accommodated us well, good Wi-Fi for those who need to work, and the differential is the safety net (essential for me and it's hard to find in rentals). The location is excellent, you can do everything on foot and there are great options for breakfast, lunch and dinner nearby. I used the car a few times and there were always plenty of parking spaces in the garage. The employees of the condominium were very nice and efficient. I recommend it and I will come back more often.

Quiet stay Well located flat, close to several restaurants, malls and bars, and with a beautiful view of the beach. Marcelo was quick and friendly. It's very worth the cost-benefit. We'll be back for sure!

The space is excellent, cozy, and matches the listing. The hostess is exceptional, she cares about the smallest details. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a great stay. Agile entrance, adequate parking, helpful and polite staff. The building is older, but the apartment is completely renovated and fully functional. Excellent quality internet, new shower, good bed, cable TV. Anyway, excellent and I easily recommend it.

Gos I liked the accommodation of Fernando and Oswaldo! It is a small place, a room with kitchen environments and bathroom all together. For a couple is great. It is cozy and well decorated. We went with my dog and it went well! The apto is close to the beach and several good restaurants and places to go on foot (Bar do Toninho or Bar do Goiás, for example). Fernando was helpful, sent instructions for entry and responded to the msgs promptly. Approved!

The apartment exceeded our expectations! The location is simply perfect — facing the beach and kiosks, with a hypermarket nearby. The space is well ventilated, clean and equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable, the shower has good pressure, but without a doubt the view was what pleased me the most. The host was attentive and responded quickly whenever we needed. Communication was clear and efficient from start to finish. We highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back!

Family trip, the apartment fully matches the listing. A lovely oceanfront view, spacious apartment, airy, private garage for 1 car. Otima location with restaurants, malls, markets, all close by.

It was a wonderful stay! The environment is really as described, super appropriate for a couple, the view doesn't even need comments, wonderful. And because it is in front of the sea and on the avenue, we were surprised by the silence that is in the apartment. The surroundings also help a lot, as everything is close by, we don't take the car out for anything, lol. I'm sure I'll be back soon.

We had a great stay, the flat is the same as the photos of the advertisement! The view to the beach is amazing and the location is excellent, all very close, beach, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, shopping malls… the communication was also very fast! I highly recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

I loved staying at Bruno's apartment, everything was very close and the neighborhood was super safe. I visited 3 beaches and even went to Santos to visit because the Uber motorcycle was very cheap. Bruno equipped the entire house to make me comfortable, even a hair dryer, bedding, cleaning products and kitchen utensils so that I didn't need to bring anything. The pool is also great and I would definitely come back other times!

Staying in Victor's apartment was a great experience! The location is great — very close to the market and the beach, which makes everyday life much easier. The space is comfortable, well-equipped and has everything you need, including a fast internet, perfect for those who need to work remotely. Netflix TV was also a great extra. The air conditioner helps a lot on the hottest days, despite being a bit noisy. Overall, it was a super nice stay and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Victor!

We loved the view at Marcos’ property, looking out over the ocean and city. We very much appreciated the beach being directly accessible with a shower right inside the complex to rinse off sand. There were two entry doors locked from the outside, which made our stay here feel entirely safe. Marcos was an excellent host. He was always immediately responsive if we needed help with anything at the apartment. He was also very flexible with check out time. I could tell our comfort and enjoyment was a top priority. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!
