The living room, and huge screened covered deck overlook the reef and turquoise ocean. AC's in bedroom and living room usage are an extra cost. AC usage will be charged, in cash, at the end of your stay, according the separate meter for the AC. Property is fully fenced with automatic gate openers. Private parking next to the flat entrance.

Qn bed w/futon can sleep 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child All new appliances, plates, glasses, utensils, towels,etc. Ready for long term rental 3-12 months or short term 3-14 nights. Attached to the main house that also is listed on ABNB. Both sides are locked to respect your privacy. We have security cameras outside but not inside. You will have uninterrupted use of all PTP amenities, (ie. the pool, beach, security gate.) Long term rental also has this included.

Apartment A2 with stunning views of the bay

A beautiful quiet place that you will love. Apartment A2 is located on the 1st floor of the house. It is barrier-free from the main road of the resort. With apartment A1 it shares a very spacious terrace where you can relax, work, with space to park your car or motorcycle. Grill available. There are two restaurants in the Czech Village resort. Czech, English and Spanish are spoken here. Swimming is possible in the sea bay 250m away. The luxurious Tourquoise Beach is 4 km away.

I have buildt this house in a secluded area of Roatán island and for the time I am not using it myself with my family, I would like to offer it for a short or long time rent. The house has two identical apartements each with 2 bedrooms and one living room with sofa and kitchen. Both apartements have separated entrances and can be also rented together as an entire house.
