We live in the house next door, in the same yard and want to remain very available to our guests.

Guests can relax in a pretty garden with barbecue at their disposal or cool off in the vaulted cellar! Inside, enjoy a bright living room with sitting area, dining area and a fitted and equipped kitchen! On the ground floor you will find a shower room, toilet, and a bedroom. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. 💙

you will enjoy a stay in this quiet apartment, carefully decorated, close to the historic center of Tours, Museums, and Châteaux de la Loire. Easy access, the ring road is close, as well as the highways. It is a 10-minute walk from the tram, shops are close by, pharmacy, bakery, food supermarket, bank. A parking space is reserved for the accommodation. Please note that the cul-de-sac is private and narrow, so you need to know how to maneuver large vehicles.
