An entrance that serves as a small living room (20 m2) with a club chair and small sofa, then after 3 steps you enter the large living room which is 80 m2. 1 toilet and a back kitchen. 2 stairs lead to the upper floor consisting of 5 bedrooms + 1 baby bedroom, 2 shower rooms and 1 toilet.
