Der Aufenthalt war wirklich super! Die Unterkunft war sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage war perfekt und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Host is kind and responsive. His staff assisted us during check in, and even helped us with our luggage. Place was clean and had a luxurious feel, just like the pictures. The Hermes accessories, dining table set up and light fixtures were delightful! Furniture and appliances were well-maintained. The AC did not disappoint in the stifling June heat. Plenty of hot water. The teas and coffee were a very thoughtful amenity. Excellent location. Awesome view of Burj Khalifa and you can even see the Dubai Frame in the distance. If it wasn’t so hot we could’ve walked to the Dubai mall. Multiple parking spaces available, close to the entrance. So far the best Airbnb unit we’ve stayed in, and we will definitely be back!

Fin dal primo momento sono rimasta colpita dalla pulizia impeccabile: ogni ambiente era perfettamente ordinato, igienizzato e curato nei minimi dettagli. È raro trovare un alloggio dove la pulizia sia così evidente e costante. La struttura è splendida, organizzata con gusto e intelligenza. Ogni spazio è stato pensato per offrire comfort e praticità, senza mai rinunciare all’estetica. Gli arredi sono moderni ma accoglienti, e la disposizione degli ambienti rende il soggiorno molto piacevole, sia che si tratti di un weekend che di una permanenza più lunga. Tutti i servizi promessi erano presenti e perfettamente funzionanti: dalla connessione Wi-Fi veloce alla cucina attrezzata, dal climatizzatore all’acqua calda sempre disponibile, nulla è mancato. Si percepisce chiaramente la cura e l’attenzione dei gestori nel voler offrire un’esperienza senza unica

Place, host, service, everything was outstanding and excellent. Subhan was so attentive, very responsive, very welcomong and friendly. He waited for us even though the flight was very delayed, welcomed us warmly and sent all necessary information on advance. The apartment has absolutely stunning view, very clean ans 2 min walk to dubai mall and burj khalifa. Will book again. Everything was perfect 👌

We stayed in the villa as a family and had an absolutely amazing time. The property exceeded our expectations — it’s even more beautiful than the photos and description suggest. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Jawad was incredibly welcoming and waited for us despite our late arrival, making the check-in process seamless. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, which made cooking a pleasure, and the garden is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained — a perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Danke an den Gastgeber. Die Regeln haben mich an meine Jugendzeit auf einem Internat erinnert wie z.B keine Schuhe im Haus oder ab 23:00 Ruhe. Aber die Villa war einfach wunderschön und kann es allen empfehlen die Ruhe und Luxus suchen. Vielen Dank

Our stay at Maria’s cozy home was exactly what we were looking for. The space was nice and felt lived in—in the warmest way possible. All the furnishings were new and updated but the warm feel and energy of the space made us feel right at home. The shaded garden with cute little kitties stopping by was sweet and entertained our pups. Walking to the gym in the mornings, just a few minutes from the villa was actually the main attraction for us. It was a nice stroll away and a great way to start the day. Anytime we needed anything, Maria responded positively and promptly. Was a great experience and we were happy to be the first guests here. Our next Airbnb has big shoes to fill!

It was a fantastic stay. The place very clean and nicely appointed. Had everything I needed and host was very attentive and helpful. Location was perfect for my stay and walkable to supermarkets restaurants and other services.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à Dubaï, et je ne peux que recommander cet appartement ! Jamie est un super hôte : toujours réactif, à l’écoute et d’une grande gentillesse. La communication a été fluide du début à la fin, ce qui a grandement facilité mon voyage. L’emplacement est tout simplement parfait, idéal pour profiter pleinement de la ville. L’appartement, quant à lui, était d’une propreté irréprochable, confortable et conforme en tous points à la description. Je reviendrai les yeux fermés ! Un grand merci à Jamie pour cette belle expérience.

Vše bylo skvělé a nic nám nescházelo. Jen koupelna a nějaký vybavení bytu už něco pamatují, ale to nám nijak nepokazilo dojem. Byli jsme moc spokojení, prioritou je pro nás čistota a to splnilo naše požadavky. Po příchodu na ubytování bylo čisto a voňavo. Doporučujeme.

Artem was a great host, the apartment was equipped with everything I needed, the building was at a perfect location. Will definitely be my go to place whenever I visit Dubai again.

We had one of the best views of the Burj Khalifa – truly breathtaking. I booked the place for my birthday, and they went the extra mile with a lovely decoration setup, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff, especially Joyce, April, and the owner herself, were incredibly responsive and attentive throughout. Thank you for making my birthday so special. I’ll definitely be coming back next time!

Super logement nous avons adoré y séjourner. L’emplacement est idéal on est proches de la marina mais aussi de JBR. On a pu faire pas mal de choses à pied. Le parking gratuit est un grand atout. La piscine du Marriott et la salle de sport accessible sont la cerise sur le gâteau. Merci infiniment à Zunayd et Omid.
