Holiday rentals with beach access in Jumeirah Beach

A huge thank you to Sarah for an incredible stay. Sarah was a brilliant host- she was extremely proactive and responsive in her communication and was beyond accommodating to us in letting us have early access to the apartment which was brilliant. The apartment was clean, clutter free light and airy, and was exactly as had been described! The swimming pool was clean and less than 5 minutes away, as well as the beach being less than 10 minutes walk. Everything you would want (supermarket, cafes, restaurants and shops) are just around the corner from the apartment The only thing I would have changed was wishing we could have stayed longer!

There is a reason this place hosted with Gintare is a super-host. It was a very smooth experience from first minute checked in till last minute checking out. The place has unique view of open sea, private quiet beach and pool and good gym facilities. Everything we needed for a relaxed time spent was there. Would definitely go there again.

Spent my Eid holidays here and absolutely loved it! The Airbnb was perfect for two people—super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The view was incredible, both from inside the place and by the pool. The rooftop had such a good vibe—great energy and atmosphere, throughout the day. Honestly, it felt like the perfect little escape. Definitely found my new go-to spot. Will 100% be back!

Everything was great! I highly recommend this apartment. I stayed for 19 nights and loved it. The furniture is beautiful - modern and sleek, the bed very comfortable- which is very important to me as I am traveling a lot - literally everything you might possibly need is available in the apartment - from kitchen equipment to washing utilities. The view is also amazing. For me definitely a place that feels like home 😊.

We stayed at the flat for a 3-day vacation with my mom and wife, and overall, it was a lovely experience. Martin, the host, personally came to meet us and helped show us around the apartment. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located. We did face an issue with the AC not working on the first day, but Martin was incredibly responsive — he immediately sent a team the next morning to get it fixed. Unfortunately, the issue returned the following day. Again, Martin was quick to respond, came over himself, and not only ensured everything was repaired properly but also offered us an extra day to stay and refunded part of the amount. His support and hospitality truly stood out. While the Dubai heat made it a bit tough without perfect AC, Martin’s attitude and willingness to help made a big difference. Great host, great apartment — just be mindful of the extreme summer heat if visiting around this time. Thanks again, Martin, for being such a responsible and kind host ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Zilal was very responsive. We asked for cleaning supplies and he immediately provided us with them. The area is great for families with a play area just around the corner.

The place was quiet, nice, and clean, located inside a secure gated community. Highly recommended if you prefer a peaceful stay and don’t mind being a bit away from the city center.

It was a very peaceful and pleasant stay at Ali's villa. Ali was very helpful and responsive and helpful to guide. The place was clean and had all amenities available. Good for families with kids. The stay felt like home and was spacious enough to fit 8 guests of us.

I got what I really expected, communication was great and meeting my requirements was precise. It was such a smooth stay.

Kiran's place was absolutely awsome. great views, well kept and very clean. walking distance to everything one would possibly need, in room dinning was great value and tasty. you can use the skypool which is a must but obviously an extra charge. I will be returning for sure !

Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.

More than positive experience, accommodation as described and as pictured, beautiful view from balcony overlooking marina.. Vera was an exceptional host who was always available and super responsive for any questions or information. Great location!!!! Highly recommended!!

Sadika is a great person. Had wonderful time in her apartment. Everything was clean and tidy. Had all we need there and really felt like home. She is always available at any time of the day or night, ready to help if you need something. Will come back again for sure. Great person and wonderful place to stay.

Fantastic stay, very close to everything and a well equipped studio. Bed extremely comfortable, just what you need after a long day in the sun!
