Holiday rentals with beach access in Jumeirah Beach

A huge thank you to Sarah for an incredible stay. Sarah was a brilliant host- she was extremely proactive and responsive in her communication and was beyond accommodating to us in letting us have early access to the apartment which was brilliant. The apartment was clean, clutter free light and airy, and was exactly as had been described! The swimming pool was clean and less than 5 minutes away, as well as the beach being less than 10 minutes walk. Everything you would want (supermarket, cafes, restaurants and shops) are just around the corner from the apartment The only thing I would have changed was wishing we could have stayed longer!

We have stayed in this building a few times before. In general The location is great with all the amenities you can expect such as parking, gym and pool with direct access to the beach. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The balcony was comfortable with seating for 5-6 people and although it was only on the fourth floor it had great views across JBR to the left and the harbour and palm Jumeira to the right. Would recommend this.

This place is conveniently located near the beach and the restaurants in the neighborhood, It even includes a parking spot in the rental. The host is very responsive.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment with my family during our much-needed vacation after two years of hard work. The host was exceptional—very responsive and quick to offer support when we encountered a minor issue. The apartment was spotless, with top-notch cleaning and all the amenities we could need for a comfortable stay. The location truly exceeded our expectations, with access to more than three pools, a well-equipped gym, and a beautifully clean, serviced beach. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this place and would definitely choose it again in the future.

Zilal was very responsive. We asked for cleaning supplies and he immediately provided us with them. The area is great for families with a play area just around the corner.

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described if not better. I spent a week in Dubai and had a great stay at this property! The apartment was clean, exactly as described, and I was greeted upon arrival. The host was responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions. The bed was super comfortable, the views were stunning, and I loved the balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having water, juice, milk, and snacks provided. Nice gym & lovely pool area. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet very accessible whether walking or taking a cab. JBR is just a 20–25 minute walk away, and the stroll along the harbour was absolutely lovely. I’d stay here again. Thank you!

Fantastic stay, very close to everything and a well equipped studio. Bed extremely comfortable, just what you need after a long day in the sun!
