Everything was exactly as described, a very comfortable stay with all amenities and the best restaurants within 2 mins walk. The swimming pool was a welcome break from the heat

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

Great place with a great view and a huge balcony and especially the towels presentation was great as well as the place was very clean and smelled good ! I will definitely stay again next time im in the city and the host was very responsive and check in was very easy !

The apartment is a great size with two large bedrooms both with on-suites. The kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher. It is right in west beach on the palm with all the restaurants. It is not the most modern building but location and size of the apartment make it a great place to stay. I was there with my wife and two children aged 12 and 14.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly polite and always responded quickly to any questions or requests. We truly appreciated his willingness to help with anything that came up. Additionally, we are very grateful for the flexibility with a late checkout, which made our departure much more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience, and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

everything was perfect, we had a dream holiday, the house was clean with my wife and baby, frank and his team always responded quickly to our problems, only an additional long thin carpet is needed in the corridor, everything else in the house was perfect and clean, all the technology tools in the house were of good quality

The apartment is huge, beautiful, and features a dreamy balcony. From there, you can enjoy the sunset and dine comfortably outdoors. The kitchen is excellently equipped, with everything you need for everyday cooking—perfect for families as well. Three beautiful, modern bathrooms and extremely comfortable beds ensure comfort. The view is breathtaking from every single bedroom, the living room, and the balcony. The open design is brand new and modern, it smells pleasant, and you feel at ease. As soon as you enter this apartment, you feel at home and never want to leave.

Just one word to describe the overall stay — Awesome! This was my first booking experience through Airbnb, and I had a lot of concerns initially, but every communication was clear and reassuring. As for the property — simply outstanding. Grand Bleau Tower-1 is a fantastic choice for a staycation. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the beach, pool, gym, and other amenities were top-notch. Really looking forward to another wonderful stay here!

Highly Recommend. The apartment was clean, fully furnished, and exactly as shown in the listing. Nice touch having a coffee machine, tea and coffee supplies, and a few days’ worth of bottled water was provided. Check-in was easy overall. There was a minor issue with the secure box code, but the host sorted it in five minutes. The location was great. Right on the beach with a sea view and a large balcony. Much quieter than facing the road. There was some daytime noise from refurbishment work in a nearby apartment, but that’s normal for Dubai and didn’t bother me much. No complaints at all. I’d definitely stay here again—it was perfect for what I needed.

One of the best accommodation options in Dubai! First of all – the location. Then the concept of the hotel itself – modern, well-thought-out, and convenient. The interior, renovation, furniture, room comfort – everything was excellent. There is a 24/7 concierge and all the necessary conditions for a comfortable stay. The staff from the rental company are amazing – always responsive and quick to solve any issues. Another great feature is the flexible cancellation policy: if you leave earlier, you can cancel and get a refund. That was a pleasant surprise! But the real highlight is the panoramic view from the window and the balcony – that’s the biggest and most unforgettable advantage. We also stayed at other Avani apartments and the hotel before – nothing compares. We also tried an apartment in JBR – but this service feels just like a hotel, only better. Highly recommended! And big thanks to the rental company and the team for such a great experience and service. Wishing them success!
