“We did not stay at the property! The security guard on duty PM shift 5pm January 6 2019 our checked in date. He was so rude and was harrassing us. He treated us so disgustingly. The reason we had to leave and find somewhere else to stay and had to shortened 1 day instead of 3 days. The host was very kind though and respond in timely manner and was very considerate and had refunded our money straight away.”

“The flat is located in the Orchidea's building in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) disrict, at less than 30mn drive from all areas of Dubai (Airport, DownTown, Marina, Jumeirah, Deira) which is very convenient. As the neighborhood is under construction there is no oppational mosque within 10km. Small supermarkets are available within 5min walk, and large hypermarkets are available 10mn by car. I recommend this apartment for the moment only if you have a car or you make calls to a taxi because the area is not well served by public transport. This is an apartment equipped with a receptionist available 24/7, a covered parking space, a swimming pool of perfect size with furniture nearby, and a mini gym . The apartment is in accordance with the photos. It has appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing), equipment (TV, DVD player with dvd, very high speed internet, air conditioner, hot water), a balcony with furniture, a living room with sofa and a bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom / WC, a kitchen, a dining room, an additional toilet and linen necessary (sheets, towel, duvet). My arrival on site should have been better : the receptionist made me struggle to give me the keys + parking space occupied by a third person. But the arrival in the apartment was superb since the agency Franck Porter provided us with bottles of water and tea. The negatives of the apartment during my stay: no washing up liquid, balcony door difficult to open, instructions for use of the non-compliant gas oven (good to know: if you turn off then on again gas switch, it is necessary to turn a knob present in the cupboard so that the gas is again available), beep sound of the elevator. The communication with the agency Franck Porter was not optimal for my taste (reacticity, and not very satisfactory solution). I recommend this apartment for all types of profiles (family, friends, solo), provided to be aware of the negative points in my eyes not very serious but must be improved by the agency. My stay: 9/10.”

“This place is as beautiful as the pictures. And it is as functional as it is pretty. You’ve got a lot of USB-A ports to charge your devices, a computer, a bose mini sound system, plenty of lights-for however bright or dark you want the room to be. It even has a bedside lamp with pinkish/purplish light. Personally, I love that there were a lot of hooks in the bathroom aside from where you hang the towels. The only thing that we didn’t like is how far the parking is from the elevator and that there is no access from inside the building. It makes checking in and out so difficult specially if you have a lot of luggage.”
