House in a gated community, charming modern rustic decor, just 7 minutes from the beach on foot and 2 minutes from the main restaurants and SM. Surrounded by the greenery of the Atlantic Forest, newly renovated, 3 parking spaces, 3 double en-suites that comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and 3 children. The kitchen is for those who enjoy entertaining family and friends while cooking, as it is integrated with the very spacious living room, barbecue area and private pool. On cold days, we have fireplaces, and on rainy days, a TV room.

An open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa adorned with cushions, complemented by a wooden coffee table. Warm lighting highlights the spacious kitchen and dining area, which transitions to a balcony offering scenic views of the surrounding mountains.
