There are dams for observation in the common use areas of the property, care must be taken at the edge (fishing is prohibited) We are about 9 km from the tea waterfall, also 1 km from Via Ecco and 3 km from the head of the 24-hour restaurants. The chalet is for exclusive use, but the observation areas are in common use with the other lodging (home). In the chalet we do NOT accept pets. There is no stove, and the rural Internet (may be unstable). We do not provide towels and blankets. River bathing allowed

Of the 3 suites, 2 are outside the house, with huge windows, a king-size bed and hot and cold air conditioning. 1 suite inside the house, with a queen-size bed and super cozy. Swimming pool, sauna, grill, fireplace, wood oven, cable TV, etc. everything you need to rest and recharge your batteries. The house usually has an excellent cleanliness rating. The housekeeper can provide services during your stay: cleaning dishes and kitchen, as well as preparing meals.

Access is via the Regis Bittencourt highway, in the Palmeirinha neighborhood. There is a short stretch of dirt road (1.9 km), but an ordinary car is sufficient, even in rainy periods.
