This unique place has a very special style. Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with large terrace 20 m² and garden is located on the mezzanine floor a large shared apartment 80 m² with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambiance. Close to the center, yet very quiet. There is a church nearby, but you can't hear anything from inside. It stops ringing at midnight. Family farm vacations

Welcome to the Prés-Voirmais farm. It's a family farm, Patrick works there with his daughter Sandra and his stepson Aurélien. It's a nice secluded farm to spend great family time. All our animals are very nice and they are used to children. The playground with slide, swing and pool are available for fun. The grill is also available for your use.

At the end of this street of about twenty village farms is a duplex attic, called LA BORBIATTE. Séprais has no bakery, no grocery store, no restaurant but you will find all this in Boécourt (2.5 km, 25 minutes' walk).
