The house is 200 meters from the beach and is located just behind Molskroen and Molskroen's popular icehouse. The house is on a nice road with alley trees in quiet surroundings. Fantastic enclosed garden. Close to Ebeltoft town and harbor.

Indoor pool, spa, and billard!

Stort hus (330 kvm.) med indendørs pool, billard, flygel (kun for de gæster, der rent faktisk kan spille klaver!) dart, 4 soveværelser (otte voksne og fire børn), fantastisk udsigt og kun 15 minutters gang fra centrum og lystbådehavn. 15 minutters kørsel til virkelig god strand. Ekstra "hotelhus" med 12-16 senge kan muligvis bookes sammen med dette hus.
