Detached house near the city center, approx. 180 m2

Idyllic, over 100-year-old wooden house with yard near the center. 3 fireplaces, a simple sauna in the basement, a modern kitchen, and a lush garden in the summer. Great access to the city center, university, and Nokia Arena about 10 mins on foot. Ideal for 4-5 people with their own sleeping area, but the house can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a home for those who love the vibe of an old house. If you think this is a hotel in an old house envelope, I recommend choosing a hotel.

If you're coming to a concert or a hockey game at the Nokia Arena, this is the perfect place for you to stay! The front door is only 20 meters from the entrance to the Nokia Arena. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a glazed balcony, a portable air conditioner and a large bathroom with a washing machine. The seventh floor has a magnificent roof terrace with stunning views over the rooftops. The roof terrace is shared by all the residents of the house.
