The cozy new studio apartment, as the premises of the old daycare kindergarten become a living space, offers the whole apartment with its own entrance. Protected wooden house is located next to the southwest park (lounaispuisto), close to universities, cultures and downtown services. The apartment has its own parking space with a thermal plug and check-in is at the entrance of the apartment with a one-time code. The apartment is very well equipped and ideal for short and long term accommodation.

On request, there are 2 extra beds in the living room, the kitchen is a well-stocked dishwasher, oven, etc. Blinds and blackout curtains in all rooms. A more spacious bathroom than usual. Infant equipment can be ordered free of charge with advance notice.

In the summertime, you can see leafy maple and yard oak branches from the windows, while in the winter, the nearby Jyväsjärvi remains on the horizon. As a host, you can be alone in the shelter of a small house. From the highway you can reach by car in a few minutes to our place.

Enjoy life near the center of the city of Jyväskylä, but still by a scenic lake. The apartment has its own sauna with direct access to Tuomiojärvi for swimming if desired. Scenic jogging trails also leave directly from the property. The center of Jyväskylä is within walking distance. There is a free carport near the entrance and plenty of additional free parking space across the street. Bed linen and towels are included as standard.

Absolutely stunning apartment in a house completed on 7/2022 in a quiet Housing Fair (2014) area. The apartment is decorated with new high-quality furniture. The apartment has wifi at 100 mb speed, the new Samsung 55” 4K Neo Qled TV, Bose bluetooth speaker, Moccamaster coffee maker, appliances and dishes needed, and coffee and fresh fruit - min 2 days. What a wonderful new apartment on the first line by the lake!
