Farmstay holiday rentals in Kabini River

I am streemly thankful to the host and his father Mr.Desingh for such a nice property. We have comfortably stayed there with our family. Mr.Desingh (Owner of the property) is very helpful and friendly, he stays on the first floor and property on ground floor for guest. The car parking and place for driver was available. We have used his washing machine as our some clothes got wet due to rain. In our 3 days stay rain added some difficulty in site seen so spent lots of time at the property and made tea and enjoyed few home cooked meal from his kitchen in the property. There is nothing to do at property for kids as no game nor TV was active due to non working of wifi and cable connection which disappointed us. In summary property is excellent for the stay of 6-7 people.

We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay at this property in Coorg. I went with my family, and everyone felt extremely comfortable. The property is surrounded by greenery, flowers, and birds, with a beautiful coffee plantation at the back—perfect for nature lovers. The rooms, bathroom, and surroundings were spotlessly clean, which my parents truly appreciated. Though the listing shows 5 km from Madikeri, it’s actually about 15 km away. We wanted a calm place, so it worked well for us, but there are no nearby shops, so plan outside food accordingly. The host was polite, responsive, and arranged every possible things for us also he arranged separate stay for our driver, which was very nice. Food quality and quantity were excellent. A special thanks to Devaiha, the owner – such a helpful and kind person. Highly recommended!

The place is located at nice remote location with just 1-2km from Vythiri main road. Stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Nice environment with clean Swimming. The caretaker Mr. Samad was very helpful and assisted us with whatever needed for us. Thank you for the great hospitality. Definitely recommended if you want a peaceful stay and lush environment. 😊

Excellent place with spacious bedrooms and living areas. It was immaculate and well equipped with all amenities. The cottage had great interiors and lightings which made the place even more welcoming. The landscape around the cottage was beautiful with lots of places to go for short walks in the morning. There were well-covered outdoors seating as well which were ideal for board games and just chilling during the day. The best part of the stay was the food and the hospitality of the caretaker. All the meals were delicious, hygienic and served on time with good portions. Nikhil and his wife were excellent hosts. Their great communication helped us find the place easily and made our stay go smooth without any difficulties. He even drove down to meet us!

Staying at this Airbnb was a fantastic experience for us. It was by far one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had so far because of the service provided. Instead of being just an Airbnb, Nischitha and Deepak became friends. It felt like they truly cared about us and our stay. Welcome to Eorthe was extremely clean and well maintained. Enjoying a cup of coffee and listening to the birds and eleplants early in the morning was such a peaceful experience. Also, Nischitha is a master chef. All her dishes were authentic and delicious, but her tender coconut pudding was the best dessert we have ever tasted!! If you are thinking of booking this accommodation, don't think twice.

Exceptionally well maintained property. Bathrooms were amazingly well kept. The property is 100 times better than how it looks on the photos. Very peaceful and calm. Well maintained coffee estate too. Amazing and very helpful host. All in all it’s a 5 star property for me.

I booked Vinoop's place for a quick weekend getaway with friends and the place didn't disappoint. The rooms were clean, and the place was as described in the photos. To add on, Vinoop's family was a great host, showing us kindness and care all throughout our stay. The fact that there was a pool was a cherry on the top, and giving access to bunk beds in the room, made our stay even better, as our group could just chill altogether. The daily chai was a highlight, and the silence of the surroundings, with the beautiful greenery was a big plus! I can't recommend this stay enough, and if you're coming with friends or family, be sure to stay here and enjoy their family's hospitality.

Had a nice stay at the plantation. Place was clean and private, with a kitchen facility available. Do carry groceries if you plan to cook, as there’s no restaurant nearby. The caretaker was helpful and even assisted us with arranging food. Thanks!

The place is surrounded by tall trees and greenery all around that it provides full isolation from the outside world. It has 5 spacious rooms and and attic bedroom. The balconies are big and provide ample space for folks who love outdoor seating. It is easily accessible by road . Host Ajith was very courteous and provided us with all help during our stay there. Overall the place is an amazing option for folks looking for a weekend hideout in wayanad

My stay in the Attic was a surreal experience, the Dilip n Mahima were friendly, special thanks to Alvin and Hari who made sure I was well taken care of . Very clean and peaceful stay. It was a dream like Homestay. Special mention to the yummy breakfast Appam n stew. Would highly recommend this Homestay if you are looking for a good experience like holiday in Waynad. Had an amazing stay with our pet at Nath Villas. Nestled in the coffee plantation amidst nature the location is really private and peaceful for anyone looking to unwind and relax. The place had all the amenities required and is near to markets, restaurants and famous places in Wayanad. Mini was really helpful throughout our stay and helped with all the little details.Would recommend 100%.

This property is a gem! Perfect for a getaway around Mysore. We were 2 friends who were looking to spend a peaceful weekend away and this place was perfect. Special mention about Bahadur and his family who were very hospitable and cooked the best meals for us. Definitely coming back here.

Our stay at Homolu was simply fantastic! The property itself is beautiful, offering a serene and picturesque setting that truly enhanced our relaxation. What made the experience truly special, however, was our friendly and wonderful host. Their warm hospitality and genuine care by caretakers Ganesh and Geetha made us feel right at home. We were looking for a getaway for our anniversary. We chose Jayalaxmi estate to spend time looking at its beautiful surroundings, peaceful, tranquil space with furry friends, and we got everything we expected and more. We only met Deejan and his mom, who were excellent hosts and treated us warmly throughout our stay. 'Deejan, the time spent with you was great, and we had long, engaging conversations'. A very helpful person, and kept checking in on us throughout our stay. But the highlight of our trip were Chukki, and Gypsy; we take back all our fond memories from them and miss them on day 1 after reaching back home. Gypsy is a lovely warm soul and Chukki an abundance of love giver. The coffee served was to our taste, and a healthy, nourishing breakfast served by Deejan's mom that got us ready each morning. All the food, including the milk, was from their farm. All in all, we will remember Deejan and Tanvi's place for a very long time and hope to meet them in the future. Thank you

Perfect place for bachelors to hangout and for people who are traveling to visit the nagarhole tiger reserve. it's a 5 min off road drive to reach the place from the main road. The caretaker knows the surroundings well. It has a decent pool for 5 people to chill around.

We were a large family group with 3 teenagers and 1 child and stayed for one night only in the Bamboo Cottage. The property and facilities were exactly as advertised in the site. We really enjoyed the games amenities like the full sized badminton court, table tennis, carom board, darts etc. The property was safe and large enough for the child to play and run around. We had dinner and breakfast there. The traditional Kerala home cooked food was really well made and well served without any unnecessary fuss. The rooms and common areas were clean and comfortable and tastefully furnished. The garden is very well kept and has interesting varieties of local plants. One pleasant surprise was that the dormitory style bedroom downstairs, which can sleep 6 persons, had 3 separate bath and toilets attached to it. The hosts are polite and welcoming and quietly efficient without being intrusive. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

Very beautiful place with all amenities and very big master bedroom

Excellent place to unwind yourselves with lush green coffee estates all around. The place itself is aesthetically done. Four smart and friendly dogs are always there to guide you. Nachi cooks some nice wood fired pizzas as well.

Great home stay at the farm anand was polite and respectful. Surroundings are great and few new ammenties are being added as well. Only thing that did not sit right with me was the high cost of food in proportion to the quantity and quality been to many home stay till date never seen such high cost,needs some improvement here.

Now, where do I start from. The place is everything as described and lot more...It is easy to lose yourself in the midst of nature...and equally easy to find yourself in this beautiful coffee estate with lush greenery all around. The folks you interact with are even better. Kushi is not a Superhost for nothing...she is omnipresent..you have a request, she is available and in almost all occasions it will be granted...she has a knack of pleasantly surprising you..Ali took really good care of us, was always there for us and served us with delicious food... We had a great time along with our furry baby..she turned into an explorer in the vast open spaces ....An absolute visit..and revisit. It simply rejuvenating !!
