The cottage sits in the gardens of the owners farmhouse yet you are in complete privacy of all, on this working beef farm. Its location is central to many wedding venues & vineyards and only 45 minutes from Auckland's CBD, making this a perfect location for wedding accomodation or a country escape.

Ideally situated for those travelling via the scenic Kaipara Coast and 40-60 min to AKL airport.

Just 45 mins drive from Auckland CBD, 8 km from closest small town. An easy stop to or from the airport. Ideal for those looking for a quiet get-away, also with everything required for a longer stay; or to use as a base to explore the surrounding area. There is a full kitchenette, BBQ, WiFi & TV.

Walk down end of drive to view Kaipara River. 2 Minute drive to Parakai Mineral Pools and Helensville village, or 10 minute walk to Helensville river walkway to local cafe's or supermarket. Short drive to Muriwai Beach and South Head walking tracks and lakes. Trolley bed for extra adult available, $20 night.

Boutique accomodation minutes from the village. Room @ No Two is a private guest room and en-suite. It has gorgeous sun and relaxing views overlooking lush green countryside. We provide tea, coffee and muesli. There is a small fridge to keep your market goodies chilled. You’ll have your own private access, car park, a lovely bathroom, TV and Wifi. You’ll also have your own seated outside area which catches the late afternoon sun, this is a lovely place to relax and unwind.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.

This gorgeous house is built right in the boughs of the trees reconnecting you with tales like the Lord of the Rings and the Magic Faraway Tree.
