Had a Great stay at Anugraha , Place away from crowd and surrounded by nature .View from Room & Balcony is amazing. Caretaker Bernard was really helping .Breakfast provided was good , Overall a Great Stay & I would suggest others to do a visit to this Homestay .

Our stay at the tea estate was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the heart of lush tea gardens, the property offered a truly serene and refreshing escape from city life. The host was extremely welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property is beautifully maintained, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and all the modern amenities one could need. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and spotless, and the addition of a jacuzzi gave our stay a premium feel. Wi-Fi worked seamlessly, which was a pleasant surprise considering the remote setting. Each morning began with a delicious homemade breakfast—simple, fresh, and satisfying. One of the standout experiences was the complimentary tea manufacturing tour. Watching the journey of tea from farming to packaging was both fascinating and informative—a thoughtful touch that truly elevated our stay.

My husband and I were looking for a place to unwind, and Xanadu was absolutely perfect for it! The property offers breath taking vistas and has a cozy, homely feel that made it the ideal spot for relaxation. It's such a peaceful and serene location, a real escape from the hustle of everyday life. The staff were incredibly helpful and took care of all the necessary chores, including preparing and serving us delicious meals as part of their duties. Thank you Suhashini for opering up part of your home so others can experience it. The room is exactly as in the pictures, in fact even better. The view you end up seeing from the comfort of your bed is perhaps even more spectacular than some of the view points. It quite breezy, bright and delightful to sit in the ample outdoor seating, Binu the caretaker served us wholesome and delicious food when requested. Suhashini's rescue lab maddie and Binu's little beagle were just the most pleasant and warm surprise. Thankyou for your hospitality cheer and kindness, I can't wait to go back!

It’s a great place to be honest. Such a big villa located at a brew-tiful place. Booking was smooth. Vignesh did gave me heads up about the amenities in the property. What you see in the photos will be there. Sathish, who manages the property was very helpful and friendly. He sorted out the dinner (separate cost) for us on time and the food was amazing. Thanks to the cook! When it comes to the location, you will find very few places with such a breathtaking views from the property overlooking the tea estates under the mountain. Weather was definitely an icing on the cake. Late evening’s and early morning’s are beautiful, calm and blissful. It’s an amazing property and it could’ve been kept bit more nice and well maintained (bathrooms). But that’s not a big concern for me as my purpose of the visit was fulfilled. Overall I’m extremely happy and I would visit again for another peaceful experience.
