A 155 sqm villa in quiet neighborhood. There is a playground in the area and several nice swimming areas(500m). Grocery store is 500m from the property and bus connections are a stone's throw away. The house is fully renovated inside about 5 years ago and the feeling is still new and fresh. There are 4 bedrooms with 7-seater spaces. A larger bathroom with shower, washer and dryer as well as a smaller one with toilet. In the garden, there is a patio that invites you to barbecue evenings. Otherwise, all amenities a regular villa has.

With only 30 minutes from Astrid Lindgren's world, there is the chance to enjoy and enjoy in an incredibly lovely peaceful environment. The cottage is on a shared plot, which is 5000m2, so the patio you have in front of the cottage is free from view.Everything is in the cottage except bed linen and towels, you take that with you. There is only running cold water in the cottage - at the sink + sink in another space in the cottage. This bathroom is shared with others, about 4 people. There is entrance directly to the bathroom,which is located in my house. 2 of the beds are travel beds and 2 consist of a bunk bed.

Lovely bungalow with access to the sea, boat and canoe included! Located in the beautiful village of Skaftet, approx. 20km south of Västervik. The bungalow has a outdoor- kitchen, shower and an outdoor toilet without a waterflushed bowl. We have a beautiful garden with birds and cats. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Stay close to nature. 1.2 km to the beach. 2 km to Torhamn there is ICA, pizzeria and wonderful nature. Summer is Lenas Kafe, Kafe Måsen, SailInn and take a wire boat out to Ytterön and visit Allans. 10 km to Jämjö and 3 km to Karlskrona. Sheets, duvet covers and towels are available. Very homely apartment near the sea and nature. Ingela and her family were very friendly and we felt very at home in their place. Great rooms with nice beds, two nice bathrooms and a big kitchen. Also good black-out rollers for the windows.

We were 6 people who visited Västervik over a couple of nights now at the end of Sept. Oct. The accommodation is centrally located, about 500 meters walk from the station. There were four beds in the house as well as two more beds in a small cabin/shed just next to the house. Everything was nice, warm and fresh. Very nice courtyard and patio with day and evening sun. We were happy with the stay and Lasse's response was much appreciated.

We spend two night at the house. It was spacious and the kids enjoyed looking at the horses. The house is as it looks - clean and comfortable, but nothing fancy. The area is beautiful and the kids loved Astrid Lindgens world which is a short drive away.
