Very quiet and child-friendly area with proximity to both the ICA store & central Kalmar. You will quickly get on the highway with its connection to Öland with its nice beaches and nature. There are plenty of playgrounds close to the property, which is perfect for families with children! In the house, there are well-sized social areas as well as a conservatory with afternoon sun and a cozy front where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun.
