In a newly built house from 2022, we have made two small apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom and entrance to our kids. Now some of the kids have moved and we're renting one out. The apartment is 25 sqm and has a nice bathroom with shower - full kitchen with stove with 2 burners, oven, fridge and freezer. There is a dining table with chairs and then there is a cabinet bed with a nice mattress. It can easily be opened up with the bedding arranged so it is easy to make good floor space. A few hundred meters from the water, this charming mini-house is in an attractive area. After two minutes on foot, you are standing with your toes in the warm sand on the beach. In the area you will find forests and after a short walk you will arrive at Kaløvig Marina. There is a bus service to Aarhus twice an hour. The house contains a simple kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious bedroom with the possibility of extra beds for two smaller children.

Separate toilet. Kitchen with stove , fridge / freezer and dishwasher. In the lovely bright living room are comfortable leather furniture and a cozy rocking chair. Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.
