Welcome to Kodama House! Please relax in the spacious and calm room. [Available in Japanese and English] 5 minutes by car from Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, famous for its sightseeing spot! You are renting the entire property. Parking is available for up to 2 regular-sized vehicles in the covered parking lot. You can park an additional car next to the building. Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot after crossing the hill. There is a convenience store (mini-stop) within walking distance. The living room floor is made of natural wood (chestnut), which has a nice atmosphere and feel. You can also gather together in the spacious living room. BBQ is also available on the wooden deck (+ 2,500 yen) BBQ grill is available for rent. Please bring your own charcoal, meat, vegetables, etc. The first floor has a living room, kitchen, two Japanese-style rooms, and a bathroom The second floor has 2 bedrooms. Akizuki Craft Garden Main Building This is the perfect facility for groups of up to 7 people to stay without being disturbed by anyone. While it is a private rental, there are 3 separate rooms that can be locked with a key to secure a private space. There is a paved parking lot in front of the entrance. It is available for guests to use free of charge. The key is auto-locked, so you can get your ID at check-in and then come and go as you like. A small stream flows in the courtyard, there is a terrace in the living room, and a large garden with a fountain, with a view of the rice terraces and flowers of a Japanese samurai residence, and when the river is flowing, you can see fireflies dancing. There is also another 2-story apartment hotel (newly built) on the same premises with 3 rooms (hotel specifications) with a capacity of 6 people (3 rooms x 2 people). Each room has a terrace, and the first floor is fully equipped with a professional kitchen, and a living and dining space where parties are allowed (maximum capacityand a large open terrace, making it ideal for group guests. You can also rent out both buildings for a group of up to 13 people. There is also Akizuki Castle Town Brewery on the premises, where you can experience Akizuki Craft Beer, made with Akizuki spring water.

The main bedroom is equipped with a projector with an electric screen, and we have a contract with U-NEXT, so you can enjoy your favorite movies and dramas on a large screen. You can also enjoy stylish dining and drinks in the balcony area, where chairs and tables are available. The large living dining room is complete with a wooden single board table that can accommodate up to 8 people, and the sofa is a hotel-specified high-quality L-shaped sofa, providing a comfortable sitting experience. In pursuit of comfort, the old beams and the scent of new Kunikuzu cedar wood create a clean and calm space. -About "yori-toko"- Built in 1894, this building was 118 years old as of 2019. The building, which has been around for nearly 120 years, has been a vacant house for nearly 40 years. Once loved by neighborhood children who came to study and play, this building was renovated. Returning to its original form, it was reborn as "Fukuchi no Yado Kafu yori-toko". The name "yori-toko" is based on the owner's desire for this place to continue to be a warm place where people can gather, just as it was once a popular "place to gather". With foundation work and insulation, it has become a comfortable home for the current climate.
