It is 25 m2, has a small separate kitchen room with all the amentities bathroom with a big shower, washing machine,smart tv and fantastic sea and town views. The views are provided both inside the bedroom with a very large window ,but also from our private shaded veranda.Free parking is available on the quiet public road

Located on a plot of 2,500 square meters in the picturesque village of Kontogenada, is only 10 mins drive to the magnificent Petani beach and 15 mins drive to Lixouri where you can find a variety of shops and restaurants.

Ploes Luxury Cottages “Meliti” overlooking the sea

Meliti is a one level cottage, consisting of 1 bedroom which sleeps 2 guests with an en-suite bathroom. It can accommodate 1 extra guest on the living room sofa bed, or maximum 2 kids. The house offers amazing sea views from all areas, especially the view from the bed will stay memorable. Our beautiful cottage is located in a calm area, only 12 minutes drive from Lixouri (6,7 km). Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio, garden and private parking space. The cottage is in the heart of the nature, offering you ultimate moments of relaxation. The nearest beach is Lagkadakia beach (4-5 minutes by car).
