Cozy studio close to Downtown!

This cute little studio accommodates nicely two guests! The rooms have high ceilings, and there is a beautiful view of the quiet inner courtyard. You will find plenty of restaurants, galleries, and the seaside within a few block, just 15 minutes from the center. The living room, connects to the open kitchen. The 140 cm wide bed sleeps two. The bathroom has a washing machine. Apart from the kitchen and the bathroom, the apartment has been newly renovated. My parents are my co-hosts. Welcome!
