Situated in the fishing village of Cape Jervis, this freshly renovated home dates back to the mid 60's and was one of the earliest houses built in the town. Located on the last street before the coast, the house faces a nature reserve and features views of the Northern Backstairs Passage (as named by Matthew Flinders in 1802). Its a short stroll through the nature reserve, likely to spot a Kangaroo or two to the Heysen trail which runs along the coast, the ferry terminal and the boat ramp.
