Holiday rentals in Kannara

I had stayed in this flat with my family consisting of young children, senior citizen parents and my wife, I must say that everyone liked the unit. The flat is beautiful, fully ventilated, with natural air coming from every corner of the flat. It is located near to Swaraj Round (where the Sree Vadakkumnathan Temple is located). We were easily able to book the Uber to go around the city. The host was kind to arrange the washing machine for us on my request. Not mandatory though however two things which could be improved in my opinion:- 1) Good to have a Power backup like Inverter in the flat as there were frequent power disruptions in the area and that too for long time and crucial when your phones/laptops are running out of charge 2) The Internet was not working in between even though my devices were connected to the router Overall, it is really a nice place to stay. I would strongly recommend to everyone and I would personally be booking it again during my next visit in Thrissur.

The property was great, we liked the Villa a lot. Since Uber/Ola aren’t available but the host made us connect with a local cab driver whose pricing was almost what an Ola/ Uber would charge. Property was well maintained, since we were there for the first time and from work perspective so couldn’t spend as much time as we would have wanted at the property, however, coming back in the night and sitting outside in Kochi’s great weather was a blissful experience. Nearby walkable restaurants are less as it’s in a private / peaceful place, but one can Zomato/ Swiggy it. A great Villa with a great price point.

The place itself was amazing. It felt like home and was uper clean. Kiran was also very responsive. Overall, loved the stay.

This is a perfect spot for those who would like to stay private for a bit, surrounded by neighbouring family houses, where you will feel absolutely free from all the external disturbances. Also, the place was exactly what was shown in the pictures. It actually was more than our expectations. A beautiful place to go for a staycation with your family particularly. A suggestion is, if able to add a small pool somewhere, it would be a great addition + attraction to your home. Location wise, we have to go a bit more inside, but, once you have stayed for an hour, you will feel safe and totally okay with the atmosphere there. Finally, if we created any troubles during our stay, we would like to apologise. We hope that there was no any issues during our stay. Thank you.

A very cozy and peaceful place. Since it was inside the town, it was convenient. Parking was available. The host and the caretaker was very responsive and proactive. Good for family stay. Thank you

I had planned to stay just one day, but the place was so peaceful and comfortable that I ended up extending for another night. The calm atmosphere, along with the books, speaker, and even a guitar, made it feel like the perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything I needed was there, and the space had such a positive vibe that I didn’t want to leave. It truly felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet and refreshing break.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mr & Mrs Joseph property! Firstly, the location is peaceful, calm, and truly serene — a perfect escape from the noise of daily life. The property was clean, quiet, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed. All the equipment and amenities were in perfect working condition, which made the stay smooth and comfortable. What really stood out was the host Mr & Mrs Joseph — very warm and sweet people ! Communication was excellent from the beginning. Food as a South Indian, I look particularly the flavors — and I have to say, I was genuinely impressed. Honestly, what they served was so flavourful and homely. It really hit the spot I’d definitely recommend getting food from them during your rather than eating out. A truly perfect stay in every way. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and lovely stay.
