This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was absolutely lovely. I am so happy with my stay. A couple of cautions- the walk to the private entrance may be difficult for mobility impaired individuals and the wifi was spotty. Honestly nothing worth lowering the review tho! The pool was perfect, the sauna was lovely, and we made ourselves right at home ☺️

Our family of 16 had an amazing stay at this home! It was incredibly spacious—no one ever felt crowded—and perfectly set up for a large group. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with everyone and made the stay feel like a true getaway. There were plenty of common areas for meals and games, and each room was comfortable and private. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended for large families or groups looking for a relaxing and fun space!

Loved the house and all of the amenities! We watched a Thunder game in the theater room, played games in the game room and relaxed in the cigar room…and that was just indoors! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! It was a great trip and the house was perfect! Thank you for hosting us!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place. It was very clean, roomy and well appointed. The pool setup was great for all including the grandkids. Beds were comfortable and all splet well in a quit location. Will definitely look to stay again during our next KC trip

The outdoor pool was the star. Every age enjoyed it. The deck provided the perfect place for an evening of family recollections, storytelling and tall tales. The indoor games helped to keep us entertained. Close to shops and a variety of restraunts.

We stayed here over Easter Weekend. The house was big enough for my whole family of eight. Plenty of space to move around. My adults sons loved the nerf guns. Plenty of games at the house to keep everyone engaged. Close to entertainment and restaurants. Weather didn’t permit us to utilize the back deck and yard but looked very nice. The only down side for us was the check out time is 10 am.

This stay was great! Host was super responsive and house was gorgeous. Walkable to some locations including an ice cream shop and drivable to several others easily. Would stay again

The house is beautiful! Quiet neighborhood and very peaceful. The horse across the street was a fun surprise! Highly recommend!

My family was in the area for our nieces wedding and was looking for a property that could accommodate 16 adults. The Rock Canyon farmhouse and cottage was just perfect. Plenty of space and the kitchen had all we needed to prepare and cook meals for our group. The outdoor spaces were wonderful as well as having plenty of space indoors when the humidity and heat got cranked up. Would recommend this property to anyone that is looking in the area.

My family and I were in KC for a few nights and this was a perfect place to stay. It was close to everything we needed, easy parking, great hosts, and a clean, unique spot. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was great, very clean and close to a lot, happy there was a driveway to park in, the street is a bit congestive with other people parking from nearby rentals. This place was incredibly safe and clean. I’ve stayed at a different property owned by the same people, and they are 10/10 hosts with recommendations nearby. I dont see myself ever not staying at one of their rentals moving forward.

We were in town for my daughter’s softball tournament and Steve’s place was perfect. The home had everything we needed including full kitchen, bathroom, and comfy beds. The home was clean and comfortable. Steve was also very responsive and helpful. This home was in a quiet neighborhood, but was close to anything you need — groceries, restaurants, coffee, and a Planet Fitness. We even caught a Royals game on our night off because it was only a 25-30 minute drive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We adored our stay in this artfully decorated and intentionally stocked home. From touches like extra throw blankets to a variety of products in the bathroom to cozy little nooks for chatting throughout the space, this was one of our favorite Airbnbs ever. Tina was helpful and responsive. We couldn’t get over how healthy her house plants were! Would definitely stay again, if life brings us back to KC!

Great stay very well appointed and so comfortable everything you need and just a beautiful stay

The home was clean and lovely, with plenty of amenities and comfy beds. The backyard/patio area was our favorite part! The host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions, and when we had an issue with the hot tub (user error haha), they stopped by within 10 minutes to get us situated! Zero complaints!

Jon & Nora’s beautiful home was the perfect place for our family to gather for a long weekend! We liked being in Olathe in the privacy of a home but still close to all that KC and the surrounding areas have to offer! The house itself is incredible! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and they have thought of everything! Our kids had so much fun playing in the game room and watching movies in the theater or playing the arcade games! There’s also a playroom with a baby gate which was so helpful for our very active 15 month old! We ate dinner on the back porch and loved the big open kitchen to prepare meals. The rooms were so comfortable and spacious and there was plenty of room for our large family. Our kids are already saying they can’t wait to return to the “blue house” and we are so thankful to Jon & Nora for being such wonderful hosts!

Cute house tucked away toward the end of a dead end street - really loved that there weren’t cars driving by all the time. The back deck is magnificent and the yard is serene. Comfy beds were a huge plus. Train tracks nearby mean train noise every few hours, but it wasn’t overwhelming. Main living space couch and pillows are ridiculously comfortable.

We had a great stay at Jake’s place. He was very responsive and helpful and was flexible with our check-in time. The place is wonderful, clean and homey. We enjoyed spending time outside around the firepit. Will definitely stay again if we come back and it’s available!

The surrounding were very peaceful and beautiful. The hot tub was amazing for some relaxation. The kitty cat was a sweet soul. Mark was very responsive to a few wasp near the front door. Thank you! Will be back for sure.

A wonderful location near restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Very accessible to interstates and highways. The home is very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Having a garage available is a definite plus. Sharynne and Jill are very proactive and responsive. The few minor issues we encountered during our stay were addressed almost immediately. They are outstanding hosts. Would highly recommend this property. Kirk and Kim Reid
