This tiny loft apartment is located in an old neighborhood with big trees, and just a short walk away from Waldo shops, restaurants and bars. Easy travel to Westport, Country Club Plaza, Crossroads, River Market, Power & Light, and many more super fun KC gems. The apartment is in the space that once was our old garage, so it's attached to our home. You have a separate and private entrance, full bath with an amazing shower, a small kitchen with appliances, and a loft bedroom with ladder access.

Garden Level Apartment in the Heart of KC!

This 5-year old garden apartment in the peaceful Union Hill neighborhood with areas for two bedrooms, an office, kitchenette, dinning, and living area. The apartment is located in a house surrounded with outdoor plants and flowers. The larger bedroom has a king-size memory foam bed and the smaller bedroom has a single-size trundle bed, which means a lower drawer pulls out with a second single-size bed. An office with a large work area is available as well as a small desk area in the kitchen.

While retaining the features that makes this home so beautiful and reflective of its time, we have brought in modern amenities that insure a comfortable stay while in the heart of Excelsior Springs. The Tree View Apartment is the entire 3rd floor of my home where I live with my four cats. The private apartment sleeps 2 and has great views of the garden. It contains a private bedroom, living room, bathroom, large kitchenette, reading nooks, desk area and closet. Gardens surround the house and the front porch and yard is a shared common space for all guests.
