The cottage is located in a quiet location on the shore of a small lake in Tammela. A shallow humus-containing lake. Rowboat and life jackets are available. The cottage has an open kitchen, bedroom, loft, indoor toilet, shower, sauna, bathroom, terrace with outdoor fireplace. Surface area of about 55 square meters. A loft with steep stairs. Gas grill, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, stove and oven, toaster, air heat pump are included in the basic equipment. Drinking water is in a separate canister.

The soot-blackened soapstone stove brings warmth and atmosphere. Guests must bring their own towels and bed linen and complete the final cleaning.

Huvila sijaitsee mäntyvaltaisella rinnetontilla. Ulkopuolella on kaksi terassia. Pääsisäänkäynti tapahtuu yläkerran terassilta. Tunnelmaa luovat kaksi takkaa, ja pihalla on myös grillikatos. Hanasta virtaa erinomaista lähdevettä. Alakerrasta löytyy makuuhuone, jossa on kaksi vuodetta, sekä sauna, pukuhuone, pesuhuone ja kuisti. Pukuhuoneessa on takka. Yläkerrassa on makuuhuone parivuoteella, matala 10 m²:n parvi kolmella vuoteella, olohuone, keittiö, WC ja kuisti.
