Holiday rentals with a patio in Kanto Region

Very cozy homestay!The light is very good, the environment is very clean, the house is also very close to the subway station, it is very convenient to go out, there are many good and fun places around, a great experience!

We had a great stay at this flat in Tokyo! The location is perfect — very close to the station, with a playground nearby for the kids, and a 7-Eleven and bakery conveniently located on the first floor. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was excellent — they were very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our visit. It was a great base for exploring the city, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches in the apartment. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Place is located near to Shinjuku main streets. 7 eleven right below the place with coin laundry just beside. I was also impressed by the cleanliness, especially the clean bed linen. Host was also quick with replies and helpful. Thank you.

Staying at this hidden gem was an absolute treat. Pati, our wonderful host, made our first trip to Japan unforgettable by offering amazing recommendations for food, shopping, and travel. After much research on where to stay, discovering Koenji and Pati's place felt like finding gold at the end of the rainbow. The location was perfect for us, as we love to walk—stations were easily accessible by foot, and the Koenji shops were just a short stroll away. The space itself was perfect—spacious, full of natural light, with a lovely little balcony. The large dining table and open layout made it feel like a true home away from home. We stayed for 8 nights and it was ideal for a longer stay. Despite the cold weather and snow on the first night, the heating kept us warm and cozy. Hot tip: definitely rent a bike to explore Koenji and Tokyo—it’s a fantastic way to get around. Thank you again, Pati, for your kindness and hospitality. We can’t wait to return to our new favorite place in Tokyo! :)

What I like the most about the apartment is how close it is to the train station and bus stop while having a calm surrounding. It has full of amenities, has speed internet so I could work during weekdays and clear instruction on how to use the appliance. There were 3 of us and we had 3 cabin size luggages, 1 big luggage and 1 medium luggage and we had no issue arranging them in the apartment.

What a wonderful home! Chihoko was so incredibly helpful, kind and thoughtful. Recommended restaurants, parks and entertainment! The location was walking distance to DT line and the bus...so it was super easy to explore. And one stop to the bustling Shibuya. At night the neighborhood was so quiet, and the beds so comfortable. Having Lawsons across the street made our jetlag bearable. And having space for our family of 4 to spread out was great. Don't miss this spot! Book it and love it! 5 stars!

We had a fantastic stay at this unit! The location was absolutely ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it convenient to explore Tokyo. The amenities were top-notch—the washing machine and dryer were a lifesaver, especially for longer stays. It was great to have everything we needed to feel at home. The roof deck view of Tokyo Skytree was exactly as advertised, offering a breathtaking skyline, particularly at night. It was a wonderful spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. One minor challenge was the entrance pathway—while visually appealing, it wasn’t the easiest to navigate with rolling luggage. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience, which was excellent. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Tokyo!

The room is very clean, the residential area is clean and convenient, there are 7-11 and familymart nearby, 5-7 people can stay, and transportation is also very convenient, 4 minutes walk from the jk line.The host responded promptly and provided accurate and reliable information. Recommended for family travel.

Joe is friendly and helpful. Not only proactively recommended us nice food to eat and places to go, he and Chiyomi even took and guided us to a local place where we could not find online to see fireflies, which happened to be the best observation month during the time we stay. During our stay we were having trouble setting up the washing machine, Chiyomi promptly showed up and helped. I would definitely recommend stay in Joe's property. A cozy house and nice host indeed!

Had a comfortable and nice time at Matrix’s place. The setting was cosy, clean and comfortable (though heating in living area could be improved). Matrix was very responsive and always ready to help. We enjoyed our stay a lot because the house is fully equipped. Very well stocked kitchen equipment (even has sake glasses), great entertainment system (projector screen with Netflix/youtube). Probably one of the best stays on this trip!

Kyoko's place was perfect for our large family. We had our four adult boys with us, and there was plenty of space for everyone in this newer unit. The kitchen and laundry machines were essential for our longer stay. The location is more of a local neighborhood, which we preferred. Easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya, but the nearby neighborhoods and access to Shimokitazawa was really nice as an alternative to the overpopulated areas. Kyoko had great local recommendations and we felt at home in the markets, izakayas and ramen shops nearby. Thank you so much!

Our stay here was fantastic! Host was very proactive and always responsive. They provided us with a guided walk through explanation of all of the amenities.

So fun to stay in a traditional house with beautiful views. The house has been updated, but still has a history to its decorating. Perfect for visiting Edo Wonderland!

The host was very helpful from booking to our arrival in Tokyo. She helped us with booking pick up and drop off vans which was a huge help since she got us a better deal than Uber or taxi. Her house was immaculate and so comfy. The house was located nearby subway station and 15 mins walk to an amazing shopping area. Even Don Quihote shop was so close. I recommend everyone going to go to this store rather than the one in Shibuya. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Tokyo.

4 adults and 2 children (2 years old) stayed. The garden was a lawn, so the children were running around barefoot and having a great time! It was clean and comfortable ^ ^ I will stay again if I have the opportunity!

Our family of five had a fantastic time at EleVens Place! The space was perfect for us comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped for both relaxing and spending quality time together. The kids had a blast, and we loved how everything was thoughtfully set up to make our stay easy and enjoyable. We’d happily come back again!

This stay was perfect! Comfortable beds, great space, kitchen with everything you would need for a few nights stay. The area was very walkable and quiet with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The station was also very close, which was great for getting around Tokyo quickly! Would definitely stay hear again.

The host was incredibly kind and responsive — when we realized the place wasn’t the right fit for our family, they graciously allowed us to shorten our stay without any issues. The unit was clean, spacious for Tokyo standards, and very close to Shinjuku Station, which made getting around easy. That said, the building and surrounding area weren’t quite what we expected. It’s near the red-light district, which may not bother everyone, but it didn’t feel right for us. The building is older, with worn common areas. We saw puddles in the hallway — possibly from the weather — and generators nearby added some noise. The elevator also showed its age. With a young child who has sensory needs, it felt a bit overstimulating — not because of the host, but due to the building and neighborhood. If you’re okay with a grittier, urban, high-adult traffic area and want access to Shinjuku nightlife and trains, it could work well.

Enjoyed our stay here! It’s about 15 mins walk from ikebukuro station, slightly away from the hustle and bustle. The neighbourhood also felt safe for girls. There are also family mart and lawson nearby. Overall really convenient and space was really big for Tokyo standards

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Tokyo! The location was perfect—right near all the action but still quiet enough to relax after a busy day exploring. It was ideal for our family of four. After a long international flight, arriving to find the fridge stocked with bottled water, milk, cola, and both orange and apple juice (a big hit with our kids!) was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially families. It made our trip that much smoother and more enjoyable.

This place was great! Right next to the beach, nice views, and in a really cute, peaceful area. It’s close to a train station, so wasn’t hard to get our luggage to and the place was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!
