This is a luxurious rental of a newly built, modern Japanese-style detached house that can accommodate up to 11 people. Free parking is available for 2 cars, so you can use it as a base for your trip to Kyushu. The main bedroom is equipped with a projector with an electric screen, and we have a contract with U-NEXT, so you can enjoy your favorite movies and dramas on a large screen. You can also enjoy stylish dining and drinks in the balcony area, where chairs and tables are available. The large living dining room is complete with a wooden single board table that can accommodate up to 8 people, and the sofa is a hotel-specified high-quality L-shaped sofa, providing a comfortable sitting experience. We are fully equipped with a washer and dryer, so you will have no trouble doing laundry even if you are staying for consecutive nights or long stays. We have a Nespresso coffee maker to help you relax from your travels. A map of nearby restaurants is available in the guidebook, so please use it as a reference for your meal.

For self-drivers, it is easy and convenient to go anywhere in Fukuoka City. Hakata Station and Tenjin can be reached in about 30 minutes by bus. The nearest bus stop is Kamichinoh (1-minute walk), and the nearest station is Nanakuma subway station, 3 km from the house, or Nishitetsu Takamiya station, 4 km away. Because it is used with futons (the size of 2 single beds), it can accommodate up to 3 children from infants to lower elementary school students. Please use the IH hotplate for cooking. The 130-year-old Villa Kaede, originally built as a guest house by a founder of Arita Bank, has been beautifully renovated. Visitors can enjoy a garden that showcases the changing seasons.
