The location was great and the maid in the house was very kind, she helped us whenever we needed. Juan was very communicative and made booking easy.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

The place is awesome, my friend and her family enjoyed so much. Wish we could have stayed another day.

Everything you need are in there (may pa coffee and tea with matching snacks hehe). The place is cozy,clean and smells great.Perfect ang view hehe especially at night . Great place with a great view. Walking distance to Shangrila Plaza and Megamall, with all the possibilities for shopping and restaurants. Easy to catch a Grab to other parts of Metromanila

The unit is clean & comparing to another unit my friend was occupying mine has a lot of amenities compared to hers. Tina responds right away to my text. I will definitely recommend this unit & if ever go back I will rent the same place.

The condo was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every little detail was thoughtfully provided from kitchen essentials to fresh linens and even some lovely decorative touches that made the space feel cozy and welcoming. The location is excellent safe, peaceful, and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. It’s also just a short drive to Bonifacio Global City, making it super easy to explore and get around. The building itself is modern and secure, with courteous staff and great amenities like a pool and fitness center that added to the overall experience. What truly stood out was how peaceful and quiet the environment was perfect for a restful break or even for remote work. Waking up to the view and enjoying a morning coffee

Helen's place is great!!!! Very clean and functional. The Brevele Convection oven in the kitchen is awesome, it really makes it easy to cook at home. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were there for 3 weeks and really enjoyed ourselves. The rooftop deck there is really nice too, with Great Views. We made food downstairs and brought it upstairs and had it uptop. Very enjoyable. The pool is really nice, but you can only use it M-W as an Airbnb guest. This should change, but it's nice when you do get to utilize it. Overall, Helen saw that everything was tended too. Thank you, Helen!! We highly recommend and appreciate your unit!!
