Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Karabağlar

Before renting this place, I read the comments and saw that everyone praised Mr. Mustafa and I was curious. During the first introduction, I told him that everyone had mentioned him and that there were very good comments. I saw that there was much more than what was actually written. I have never seen a host who is so helpful, kind, naive and understanding. He answered all our calls, supported all our requests, and even gave me the Izmirkart when I said we would take the ferry. I mean, you'll really know when you go and stay. The house is already a huge house with 3 bedrooms for large families. It also has a garden in the back. But it was better than home to get to know Mustafa Bey. I highly recommend it.

Lovely old home in the heart of downtown Izmir. Very walkable with lots to see and eat. The host was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

The house was very nice. Mr. Seçkin thought of everything in all the details and we were able to reach everything we didn't need. It was spotless and safe, we stayed with 3 girlfriends comfortably. Since we arrived with our own vehicle, we did not have any transportation problems. The location is also very good. The proximity to the sea, the garden, the interior of the house were great. We mistakenly thought one of the mosquito repellents belonged to us, sorry, please, thank 🙏🏼 you so much, it was perfect.

Mr. Murat and his wife Asli are very friendly and they answered all our questions, everything was as I expected, hygiene and protection were very important for me, I felt very reliable, it would only be very good if they could make the pool a hot pool, the pool system could use better when the weather is broken... Everything I can do was clean, the kitchen utensils could be selected a little more carefully, we had a very nice, wonderful Ramadan holiday, and the lighting systems were very nice, and all our questions were answered or everything was said to be done for us, if you said the location, everything was available in the center.... Our needs were seen during the stay and we were able to check in without any extra effort as written in the description. In addition, the cleanliness and amenities of the house were quite adequate.

We stayed in two different houses of Mrs. Nurcan and I can say very clearly that she was very kind and caring. It provided very fast return to phones at any moment. This house we stayed in was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed, even toilet paper, and the house was very comfortable and sweet. Kucukpark is the best neighborhood you can stay in Izmir. When we had a problem with the iron, we said it was very late, and this morning, a brand new iron was left at our door before we woke up. If you are really going to stay in Izmir, this is a nice house and the host was the most friendly and caring. I thank them again.

We had a great stay at Asli's place. The apartment is new and beautifully decorated. It is well set up for guests. We had everything we needed. It is a real gem and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Izmir.

The owner is so easy to work with and whenever i needed something, he was quick to respond and eager to solve any problem that i had throughout my stay. The location of the house is good, the house was clean when i arrived and everything was as described beforehand. The building and the surrounding of it is also safe. It was located close to the downtown area of Izumil, and it was very easy to sightsee. The room was clean, well-equipped, and I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay. The host Doa was also very kind and answered questions within 10 minutes, and I was able to stay without any problems.

There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches.
