I 10/10 recommend! Such a wonderful place, everything was spotless. The host & his father are amazing people, so friendly and responsive. I have zero complaints! If I am able to I will book again!

Super immer wieder gerne

3 aile konakladığımız evin manzarası çok güzeldi. Evin planı çok kullanışlıydı. Sadece evin bazı yerleri ufak bakıma ihtiyaç duyuyor. Güzel bir tatil geçirdik.

Gönül rahatlığıyla gelip kalabileceğiniz bir yer . Daireler gayet temiz ve ferah. Ekstra olarak sahile servis olanağı sunmaları büyük bir avantaj. Ev sahibi de çok cana yakın ve yardımsever .

Levent is the main reason this review gets a 5/5. His hospitality is the best thing. He is always available and easygoing . He even went as far as fetching us from different locations around Alanya on some days when we were stranded. He even dropped us off at the airport in Antalya on the last day. He exchanged our washing machine within minutes when it stopped working. He is generally a very professional, respectful and kind person. It’s a nice little one bedroom apartment with a balcony. It’s on the 4th floor but the lift is always working. You have full access to a gas stove, fridge and washing machine. No basic supplies are provided. The main issue was the shower being lukewarm to cold in seconds which was quite unpleasant as it was winter, Levent couldn’t solve this . Apartment is cold as there is no underfloor heating but a noisy A/C. Sheets were cleaned but the mattress protector is covered in hair. The WiFi would disappear sporadically and this is not ideal for online work

Добрый день. Отдыхали 32 дня. Все понравилось. Доброжелательный владелец жилья. Прекрасные окрестности. Прекрасный жилищный комплекс. Рядом три супермаркета. Море недалеко через дорогу. Тишь да гладь вокруг. Апартаменты соответствуют ожиданиям. Самое главное это прекрасный воздух. Хороший интернет и телевидение.

Отличная квартира! Всё чисто, уютно и полностью соответствует описанию. Хорошее расположение — рядом магазины, пляж в пешей доступности. Хозяева вежливые и всегда на связи. Остались очень довольны!

Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti ja toimiva. Sijainti super hyvä, ihana ranta, sekä ravintolat kävelyetäisyyden päässä. Sisäuima-allas ja sauna olivat loistavat. Tulen varmasti tähän huoneistoon seuraavallakin Alanyan vierailu kerralla👌❤️

Wir sind mit 2 Std Verspätung erst spät Abends angekommen. Ruhi hat auf uns gewartet, führte uns in eine 24/7 überwachte Anlage, hat die Koffer entgegen genommen und uns die Unterkunft gezeigt. Egal was wir für Fragen hatten, es kam stets schnell eine Antwort. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber - frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Alles Top! Das einzige was uns aufgefallen ist, dass das Geschirr aufgrund der fehlenden Spülmaschine von Gast zu Gast unterschiedlich hinterlassen wird. Ansonsten wars ein Mega Urlaub, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

Всё было очень хорошо. мы первые жили в этой квартире. в 5ти минутах ходьбы магазины Шок,Бим и 101. До моря 500 метров. Пляж и вход в воду песчаный . единственный минус был -что телевизор не подключён к интернету.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, exactly as described. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Everything was great. Our plane was delayed and we arrived later than expected. The owner waited for us and greeted us personally! This is a real human relationship that warms the soul :) Thank you very much for this! The villa itself is clean and cozy, it has everything you need for life. We were a big family and everyone was accommodated comfortably. All rooms have air conditioning, so it will be cool in any heat :) There is also a fairly large swimming pool on site. Very clean and well maintained. The water in it was always very warm) I would also like to note that there is a small pool for children next to the main one. 15 minutes walk to the sea, 5 minutes by car/scooter. Pebble beach, you can take a sunbed, a cafe, everything you need for a good holiday :) So our holiday was wonderful, thanks again to the owner for his hospitality and responsiveness, I hope we will come again ! :)

Lovely stay in a very beautiful location with lots of wildlife and nature for the children to explore. All the staff and residents were very friendly and accommodating. The villa was exactly as described and Burcu was very responsive with any messages during the stay. Only downside was it was difficult to get taxis from the site. The security were very helpful and gave us lifts when needed, Not a complaint but just so people are aware. Many thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home

This was our first time in Alanya and I cannot think of a place I’d rather stay with my family! I think this house is a big reason why we fell in love with Alanya. The views are as magnificent as you see on the photos, the location is perfect, as for the house itself – the pictures don’t do it any justice. The place is truly historic but fully renovated and very comfortable. We were five, and it was perfect for any need: family breakfasts at the balcony, movie nights, stay-ins and making dinner. It’s spacious, clean, and just gorgeous. It was a joy to wake up there every morning, the balcony side faces east, so the entire place would be bathing in sunlight. Everything we needed was within walking distance: restaurants, shopping, beaches. Many thanks to Sinan for being our host. He greeted us, showed us around the house and left us to enjoy our vacation while remaining responsive to our immediate questions. We will definitely come back to Alanya and will be happy to stay here again!

Der Villa von Julia ist in einem top Lage und man hatte alles was man braucht. Die Umgebung war sehr schön, sauber und ruhig. Julia ist eine super tolle Gastgeberin. Sie reagierte auf Fragen sofort und wahr sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann den Villa von Julia Herzens weiter empfehlen.
